Maybe someone here knows it. Actually, that was completely a fake. I made it to test my skill.
I wanted to see whether people would believe it or not, and see what people will say when I expose that it is fake.
The video was deleted by FUNi before I do it, though..
The video:

The procedures:
1. Taking out BGM from original Japanese dub with the BGM only track on LD release
2. Megaman musics, CN logo, subtitles added with Adobe Premiere
3. Playing the video with XBOX and recording it with a VCR (5x mode)
4. VCR -> DVD Rec. -> VCR -> DVD Rec. x5
5. Video compressed in low bitrate

Original description on YT
Fortunately, I managed to get the ultra rare lost dub of DBZ. A frindly man in South Africa gave me the VHS taped off Cartoon Network South Africa. Kei17 on Daizenshuu EX forum helped me contact and deal with him. Enjoy!
Let me explain this dub. On the TV channels in English speaking country exept USA, they got the dub different than FUNimation's dub aired in US, the Ocean Group Dub, in which many recycled musics from Mega Man cartoon were used because of its low budget. Like that dub, the lost dub in this video also has recycled BGM, but bizarrely, the charactors' voices are taken from the original Japanese dub and not dubbed by the Ocean Studios' casts...
Well, this was completely a waste of time...
