Did you receive my audition? I didn't see it updated on the main post yet. Also, when can we expect to see the final results of the cast?

The final date for turning auditions in is May 8th.

Also, I just want to ask something to everyone here:

What would you all say if I edited in blood/etc to anything they take out of Kai because of censorship? I've already started editing in some back in to episode 3, and the results are promising. It's not over done, just makes everything look the way it should (and Goku now has a hole in his chest, like he should).

Oh, by the way, I'm the editor to the English dub.

I'd say that if you're just restoring what was in the original show, then that'd be terrific. This project really seems like it could be something cool, and at the very least, let's hope it'd spur on Funi to actually put out a decent product in terms of line accuracy and whatnot.

FuniYamcha, at the very least, even if we get a cease and desist after a couple episodes, I would like to show FUNi they should put effort and revise the script.

The first two episodes are fully dubbed with sound and music, and episode 3 has all the sfx added, along with added blood/Goku's hole. Casting won't be decided until around the 7th-9th, and the first episode will be out, in the very latest, by the end of May.

I'll post some pics up of the re edited version of Goku and Raditz later on.

Yeah, thanks Cheska. Did you get my PM, by the way?

Yeah, script one adaptation has just about wrapped up. I will be getting the voiceless episode three track to Cheska for the BGM in the next couple days. Casting will be decided by the 9th at the latest. I have received some fantastic auditions.

First episode will be sent out on the 10th at the latest, with a two week deadline.

They'll be left Japanese with subtitles. I don't have a complete instrumental of the song and there are all these distracting echoes.

Howdy Big Momma,

Honestly, I have been missing contact with Cheska over MSN for a while now. Probably just getting on at the wrong times. Concerning sound, that obviously will be in the final version. However, for video stuff, I will chat with Cheska about this. I have a revised title card for episode one that I would like to use as an example and I would also like to see some of Cheska's un-censoring work. So hopefully something of that nature will be up soon.

PS: SD has a quite nice karaoke for the opening song, and the ending karaoke is usable as well. You can use those if you wish.

Okay. Since some people want a little bit more time, I am given an extended deadline for all to the 11th May 2009 12:00am EST. No more extensions beyond this, but there is more than one person who wants to get some lines in.
