Hey there! I was curious how many people actually own the game
Dragonball Z Anime Designer? The game came out on the Apple Pippin, a Windows PC formatted CD-Rom and a Macintosh formatted CD-Rom, and I'm curious as to who owns any of the three releases. I know the French collector
Genki owns (or owned) the PC and Mac versions, but does anyone else?

I know this game is really rare, so if anyone wants to discuss the game as well, here's a place to do it. And just for the heck of it, here are six examples of what the game is all about, and what you can do in it:

Oh NEAT!
![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)
I did not know there was a DB one of these.
A loooong time ago someone I know had a Spiderman version of this type of game (where you create scenes). It wasn't as flexible as this DB game when it came to manipulating the artwork, but it did have animations.

That, good sir, is the coolest thing ever.
But the sound effects must get old very fast.

Oh man, it's just like Kid Pix. =D
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
The cover for the Windows PC version is definitely one of the coolest Dragonball video game covers I've seen, and it's obviously based on
the cover image (<-- awesome scan curtesy of Hujio of Kanzentai) of the 1995 #07 of issue Weekly Jump, that featured chapter 502 of Dragonball (despite being made two years later). I personally almost like the image on the video game cover better (just because of the awesomely colored ki blasts), but I think the WJ cover just looks like it had more effort put into it. Which one do you think is better?
Oh yeah, and does no else one really no of anyone anywhere that owns this game?!

I actually own the PC version of this game!
Never got it to work on XP, but it does work on my Windows 98 PC.
It did cost me a bit, I believe that I have it for about three years now, but I'm glad I did buy it back then on eBay, since it is very rare.
I've seen the Pippin version on eBay a couple of times over the years, but have never seen the PC or Mac versions since the one I got.

At my local YMCA, there was a little day care center the parents sent their kids to whenever they had workout classes or something. When I was younger, my mom would drop me off at one, and they had a
Simpsons version of these kinds of games.

Would you mind scanning the cover of it? And I'll send you a PM tommorow or something with some questions I've had about the game for a while now.
Thanks.

This looks awesome o_o I would so go for this.
I had the X-men one as a kid and my brothers and I played the crap out of that thing. it was especially awesome once you learned to actually move people around the screen and add audio and everything....
