Is anyone else kind of excited that no real DB stuff is coming out for a while? I mean, I have a tendency to just "throw my money away" on DB stuff all the time, so the fact that the season sets are done, and I have all the manga, all of DB and GT, all the Movies, and so forth means I won't be spending any real money (over 100 bucks) on DB stuff for a while, which is actually good cause I have to get a bunch of work done on my car that I have been putting off, even though I also want to buy a new guitar(which runs about 500 bucks) so I guess if it's not DB stuff, it's something else.

Current page, May-June, features Piccolo (LOL, they even found the driving episode worthy of making his calendar page). All the other pages are like this as well, in that they prominently feature a single character: Jan-Feb is Gokuu, Mar-Apr is Bulma, Jul-Aug is Gohan, Sep-Oct is Vegeta (and includes a pink shirt picture!), and Nov-Dec is Trunks.
I think I can hear Velasa squealing.

I just placed the order for this doujin. It's brand spanking new, has about 116 pages and it's a BulmaxVegeta anthology. I brought two of these, one to give away as a prize and the other is for myself. I saw some of the scans of the book and it actually looks intresti (in other words it doesn't suck). Not to mention the little Roshi inside me wants this to add to my collection of filth. Can't wait till it gets here.

My latest Dragonball purchase was the Broly triple feature steelbook, which was kind of a dumb purchase since I already had all 3 movies but whatever. $20 for 3 movies ain't too bad, and they look good too.

I'd say it's worth it for A) The far superior picture quality over the singles and 2) the original music for movie 8's good dub.

Yeah, I found those to be a great plus! :D So it really wasn't a dumb purchase after all. After I watched these movies remastered, I re-watched the singles, and the singles are terrible. Totally selling them to purchase more remastered movies! :D

Not sure if this is a "Purchase", per se, but I did recently win both godofchaos' contest, in which I won the Broly Triple Feature, and Tanooki Kuribo's contest, in which I won the V-Jump issue, along with 2 Japanese Jumps, and a Data DVD with VGM on it.

If you search "dragon ball" it should be right on top of the list.

I just bought Season 9 on the 30th, so that gives me the first 3 and last 3 of the remastered sets. I plan on buying sets 4, 5 and 6 just because I want to have that bad-ass image of the DBZ logo when all 9 sets are joined together. I also want to hunt down the original box sets (The full screen releases put out by Funi) of the Freeza, Garlic Jr, Trunks, Great Saiyaman, World Tournament, Babidi, Majin Buu and Fusion sagas just so I can complete the full-screen releases. I might also buy the UUE of the DVDs that were released, just for the hell of it. :P
Next quest: Buy the Super: Broly and Super Hero Blurays, also Daima whenever that releases in the states. Also the Super Manga!

Fan of Dragon Ball Z and various other Anime since '98! ^^

Gohan: At least he doesn't have his sword out anymore.
Kuririn: Yeah, and your dad put his finger away too.

That's definitely the way you've gotta get 'em. Don't search for "daizenshuu"... search for "Dragon Ball" and "Dragonball" under "books" and look for things that people can't accurately describe :P.

It's how I originally got "Legends" on PS1 for a buck! :D

Also, I love how the main picture for that auction was the back cover... 'cuz... ya' know... all books open and read from left to right.
