His facial features are too close together, making him look like he has a "small face".

I redone the face spread more apart and it looked wierd, It seems thats the way his face is suppose to be.

Leave everything where it is, but just move the mouth down a little bit. It should look better then.

Still looks, um, odd to me. I am thinking maybe the nose is too long, or the eyes are to high up. Also maybe if his Irises were shifted outward slightly. I'm not sure, I would just have to redraw it myself to find out, lol.

I decided to stay as true to the special as possible so that explains the hair.
Whoa! This is one of best fanart works I have ever encountered. This is, good sir, the masterpiece!
I think I have seen this somewhere before... Was it in Cell arc?

I hate to be presumptuous, but is that supposed to be sarcastic?

Alright, let's see how my work gets received here.

This is currently probably the best Dragonball piece in my deviantart gallery. Feel free to check out the rest of my work on there.

That's not bad. Poor Raditz in Super Saiyan 3 though, having too much hair to keep track of! I bet his hair weighs more than he does.

Heh, thanks.
If I hadn't run out of paper to draw on, his hair would've been even bigger
