Since the only PS2 games that I have are the Budoukai Tenkaichi games, I'd have to say the third one is my favorite. I feel each game got better than the last (though the difference between two and three was really small IMO), except for how the loading menus were a lot longer in the last two games than in the first.

I'm in the minority who likes the original Sparking.

First game to actually use the show's BGM, and the gameplay was a souped up version of the PSX Legends game.

Either Tenkaichi Budokai 3/ Sparking! METEOR! or Super DBZ.
But out of the two I certainly play TB3 the most

I got the most enjoyment out of Budokai 3, however after playing Tenkaichi Budokai I couldn't go back and play Budokai 3. It didn't feel right.
If challenge had a taste, you'd be quite delicious.

Budokai 3.

I don't count the SPARKING! Series since I prefer it on the Wii.

Also, Sparking! NEO is really memorable for me, because I remember playing it with a friend, and when he was in story mode playing as Gohan Vs Super Boo, he was really good at Zwee fighting, and he was beating the crap outta Boo proclaiming "Haha, Can't get Me!! I'm Fasty McMovesalot!!"

And now he's listed in my phone as "Fasty McMovesalot"

The Wii games, as I understand it, are just PS2 ports.

My favorite game out of all DBZ PS2 games has to be "Tenkaichi Budokai 3"

I would like to see a "DBZ Collection" of fighter titles... or maybe the full catalog of NES, SNES, PSX and Genesis DB and DBZ games for PS2 or something.
Similar to the "Namco Museum" or "Mega Man/X Collection" and what not

Sparking! METEOR. When you really got into it, it could get as fast-paced as some of the fights in the show, if not faster; also, Future Gohan FTW.
I dislike you intensely.(probably)

The original?
I remember renting it and being unable to play it.
I was so saddened :(
and then TB2 came out and I was all "ALRIGHT...." and rented it and actually enjoyed it and got into it.

Dunno.
I was much younger also

Sparking! Meteor by leaps and bounds.

Infinite World is great, too. :P

Sparking! METEOR as being one of the only fighting games that closely resembles combat in the show.

Infinite World for having a few good points:

1. The Budokai 3 engine (Best of the Budokai series)

2 Adding all the Budokai 3 characters and a few new ones (except Kid Uub and Dragonball Kid Goku, I still don't get that.)

3. Those mini games in the story mode (Goku on Snake way, Kaio-sama throwing bricks and you blast 'em, Looking for Dragonballs, to name a few.)

4. The cut scenes were pretty good.

For the four reasons with Infinite World, it is better than METEOR, in my opinion. But if you like METEOR for the combat resembling the show, that's alright too.
Next quest: Buy the Super: Broly and Super Hero Blurays, also Daima whenever that releases in the states. Also the Super Manga!

Fan of Dragon Ball Z and various other Anime since '98! ^^
