Most of those are "Gashapon" figures, and some of them are "Capsule Figures". They are easy to pick up at www.amazon.co.jp and www.play-asia.com and most conventions.

Oh, please. We're all allowed to be 12-year-old idiots at some point. So long as it doesn't overtake our attitude and work output, I don't see what the problem is.
