You're slow Deus. I've known this since B2. Expected it in B3. Tried it soon as I had the Majin Cap. ^^Deus ex Machina wrote:I just discovered something cool.
And by discovered I mean heard on another forum, tried it for myself, and now taking credit.![]()
You can get battle-damaged versions of Vegeta's Saiyan armor once he transforms into Majin, looks pretty sharp too.

Bulma's armor was a reproduction of the old-style armor, was it not?SaiyamanMS wrote:If you ask my opinion it count's as Saiyan armour anyway.... after all, Bardock had armor similar to Vegeta's cell saga armour.... Be all that as it may, it's still armor, and it's still cracked/damaged. The fact that it was cracked/damaged led me to expect the same from B3 and all 3 armors there.
And besides that Deus, that's also the same armor design as what he wore on Namek and I KNOW Bulma didn't make that. XP

Guess what? Got the game today! Sold a few, got the last copy there was (2nd hand. Lucky), only tried practice mode, we finished Goku's and Yamcha's DUs, got Bardock and Chibi Goku, and so far loving the game! Any tips when I fight my brothers?

Sure. If you get one of your ki blasts deflected back at you, use it to teleport behind your opponent. Also, play characters with transformations if you want a significant advantage, because some people will know they're f***ed if they're up against a SSJ4 being played by an expert, which may also give you some sort of psychological advantage. And be cautious/conservative when using Hyper Mode and your ultimates until you know what you're doing. If your ki runs down, it just leaves you open for your opponent's ultimate or whatever else he or she might have in mind. If your opponent has less than three ki bars, then take that opportunity to beat him or her senseless. In fact, if you're really skiddish, then don't waste your ki on any special attacks unless you KNOW your opponent cannot teleport behind you (unless of course you can counter the same way without any consequences). Also, don't specifically consentrate on knocking your opponent outside the ring in the tournament mode, just think about getting a KO, and you'll end up occasionally knocking some opponents out just as a consequence. There. I typed anything that might or might not be useful that immediately came to mind.
But if you want to prove how much better you are than everyone you play against, then fight their Goku's and Vegeta's or Piccolo's by playing ONLY Mr. Satan.
We'll respect you and shower you with praise for it.

I was just reading the Budokai 3 strategy... is Omega's Death Move really Minus Energy Ball or some shit like that instead of the dub's Negative Karma Ball?

Yep, it's called Minus Energy Ball... stupid name, cool looking move.
Another thing Frobman, there are three characters that can't teleport. Uub, Videl, and Hercule. Keep that in mind when play as or against them. Also, certain characters do more damage per % than others. For example, a basic punch from the likes of Base Goku does more damage than the same move from Videl.

Have any of you found this glitch when trying to play Broly's DU? It starts with Goku flying through the map it self. My brother had this 5 times, but it later worked (now he owes me a chocolate bar. Bet).

I can't seem to find it on this forum, but how do you get Meta-Cooler? I did as all of the FAQ's say, but it doesn't work -_-

Do you mean get the "Cooler's Spaceship" capsule, or actually PLAY AS Metal Coola?
You can get the capsule either in the shop or somewhere floating around on Namek the 2nd time through as Goku. I dunno why people have problems with these types of things... I just flew around and got everything with no problem.
If you mean PLAY AS him... it works the same way as "Freeza's Spaceship" in this game / the last game (being it works exactly the same as a Senzu). Have the capsule attached. Now die / lose all of your life-bars. His spaceship will come floating down from above, beam him up, crank around for a second, and then spit him back down as Metal Coola with full lifebars. Metal Coola / Mecha Freeza are not separate playable characters.

To acquire the capsule. I know about how to play as him, as I have Frieza's Spaceship already, and I have Budokai 1 & 2 as well.Do you mean get the "Cooler's Spaceship" capsule, or actually PLAY AS Metal Coola?

But every strategy I read says you fight MetaCooler after fighting Cooler on Namek in Goku's DU mode second time around. And after beating MetaCooler, you get the capsule. After I beat Cooler, however, it went straight to Cell Saga.
