I was giving my honest opinion, Yeah I do feel like you need to tighten up your scripts and editing, because you're sacrificing entertainment value for exposition, to the point where I feel like I'm watching the FUNimation dub at times, I don't think the episodes are by any means bad, I just feel like the jokes are spread a little thin for my tastes, and not as well thought out as they were in previous episodes.
But telling me you "refuse to believe" that I find something less enjoyable than your previous work comes off as a little arrogant, as an audience member either I find something funny or I don't, it's like people telling me I have to enjoy the latest Simpsons episode because I loved seasons 1-9, it doesn't really work that way.
Anyway, I think you are all really talented guys and will keep up with the show in the future, I just think you seem to be struggling a little to walk that fine line between comedy and drama that you had down so perfectly in the beginning.
You're right, I had no place in saying that to you. I was very frustrated yesterday and that really effected my judgement on a lot of things. I apologize for calling you out like that, it wasn't mature or appropriate.

I mean, look at the live action movie. The Daizenshuu EX guys could have filled their hour plus review of the film ranting about how absolutely horrible it is and how it'll ruin the franchise forever, but they didn't. They dug around and, eventually, came up with a number of positive things to say about the movie because to not do so would have been unfair.
I think the same thing can be applied here, only in reverse.
I realized what you were saying not too long after I'd responded to it and Chances are, Mike and Meri have some issues with the show. Sorry about that.
But would you really bring up issues with someone while interviewing them unless they were relatively big complaints? Maybe they just didn't have any or they didn't think about it at the time? Is it necessary to bring them up?
Mike and Meri have always been honest and open, I don't think there was an issue with that here.
Also, if you were distinctly unsatisfied with that amount of material besides the interview, I still don't think you should be criticizing them. They cover what they want to cover, period. It's their show.
