I'm going to bet that this isn't the final version. Just like the one without Majin Buu wasn't the final version. And just like the one where the transformations were separate characters wasn't the final version.Senzu_Bean wrote: The transformation is so poor compared to Burst Limit transformations.

Even if you take away the phases and their respective forms, that still leaves about 80 characters missing. That's a lot.Innagadadavida wrote:I would be so happy if they merged all the phases into one character with different presets. I talked about that in one of my videos. That would make room for more characters. Y'know since there's the whole "73 counting transformations" rumor.

Kids Buu is separate entity with a personality of his own. Fat Buu, Super Buu, and Kid Buu are all different beings. As where, SSJ Goku and Base Goku are all the same person.Sin wrote:Taking into account that there is a likelihood this will change I'd like to point out why is Kid Buu a separate character if Goku and his transformed states are not separate characters?
Sorry It's been a long time since I've played a DBZ game with Buu in, I haven't played since Budokai Tenkaichi came out (though I've played Burst Limit, which doesn't include Buu)Freeza Heika wrote:Kids Buu is separate entity with a personality of his own. But now that I think about it you're right, cheers for clearing that up.
So technically, "Skinny" Buu should be the base form for "Super" Buu... right?Freeza Heika wrote:Kids Buu is separate entity with a personality of his own. Fat Buu, Super Buu, and Kid Buu are all different beings. As where, SSJ Goku and Base Goku are all the same person.
What about the mechanized/ciber versions of characters?

Those aren't transformations that, in the anime or manga, weren't able to occur on their own. They required specific circumstances, so realistically, they wouldn't happen in the middle of a regular battle (Skinny Buu to Super Buu being the exception, but only because he was fighting Fat Buu).DNA wrote:So technically, "Skinny" Buu should be the base form for "Super" Buu... right?Freeza Heika wrote:Kids Buu is separate entity with a personality of his own. That's pretty sadInnagadadavida wrote:Where did you hear that? Last I checked on VGCharts Burst Limit sold enough. It didn't break any records but it moved a modest amount of copies.DragonBalllKaiHD wrote:I doubt that will happen. Burst Limit was the worst financially.
Origins sold the worst. Didn't even sell a million in the states.
I thought Origins was one of the best DB games!!

Eh? That's lame reason.LeprikanGT wrote:They tried WAY to hard in Burst Limit. Everything was too shiny and the auras were just too busy for me.
The real reason was because they made too many drama pieces as well as repeatitive cutscenes. They should have made cutscenes similar to Infinite Worlds. Oh my gosh, when will they ever learn? The original Budokai is the only game that is very unique in term of cutscenes. Why cant they copy that game?! No wonder why many fans are getting sick of recent games...

Really? Most fans care about the cutscenes? Gameplay is my first priority...DragonBalllKaiHD wrote:Eh? That's lame reason.LeprikanGT wrote:They tried WAY to hard in Burst Limit. Everything was too shiny and the auras were just too busy for me.

I was amazed by Budokai 1's cutscenes, but that was only because it was the first Dragonball game that I had ever played. Now I don't really give a damn.Taku128 wrote:Really? I agree, there was something special about the first Budokai game for me because it was the first DBZ game I've ever played.Freeza Heika wrote:

I think thats why I loved Burst Limit so much, it felt like DBZ Budokai 1 again. It only stretched up to the Cell saga and the cut scenes were similar. It just felt like a revamp to me and I was excited to see it grow. Also out of all the games I've played yet, Burst Limit had the best fighting. I could pull off some fancy moves with more then one button(so it felt like an actual fighter) yet at the same time the learning curve was really simple so I don't suck so bad.
Besides the Drama Pieces didn't bug me all that much because you don't have to select them...so I just skipped it.
...Now if only they had a tournament Mode and better servers for online play and the game would have been perfect!
seriously....SO MUCH LAG!!!!
...Wait what are you doing? Are you still reading this? I finished what I had to say, why don't you move on to the next post?
