Since that was caused by the mind-control device, I doubt Pan would have that.
But all it really did was prevent Broly from fully transforming into SSJ. In regards to Pan, she'd have access to it by also not having access to regular SSJ because of being only 1/4 Saiyan.

@Prof: My only problem with you over this is how you're repeatedly holding Pan to ONLY GT Pan's standards and how you keep accusing Salagir and Gogeta Jr of pulling the idea out of their collective asses. Insulting them has no purpose or basis. They have just as much cause to believe she can as you believe she can't. Plus, the rules of the daizenshuu, if you believe she can't, don't apply to this Pan because she's from another universe. Cause and effect is not responsible for the differences, which is probably why it's possible for Broly to rival Vegetto.

For God's sake, would you lot just stop bitching? I keep coming to this thread expecting some insightful discussion and instead, all I find is some Pan/Broli/Vegetto/some other character whining. If you don't like it, don't read it, stop force feeding us your ideals about some bullshit character IN A FUCKING KID'S SHOW. Get a life.

Saiyan-Professor - So you disagree with Pan transforming into Super Saiyan. WE GOT IT ALREADY, stop grabbing at straws for reasons why she wouldn't. IT'S A FAN COMIC WITH PARALLEL UNIVERSES.

Rocketman - If I recall correctly, it's you that keeps whining about Vegetto. Parallel universes, maybe this Vegetto is just not as strong, or maybe Broli is just insanely powerful, or maybe, JUST MAYBE, like the creators explained, this Broli just keeps getting stronger as time progresses, there's no limit to his power.

And all the others - it's a fan comic, deal with it.

You know what? Pan's gonna die, Bojack transforms, grabs her by the neck and snaps it. There, I just spoiled you 2 weeks worth of pages. I hope you're happy now and will just stop whining about Pan.

As tiring as some of this was, I did find the analysis of the lines in the Daizenshuu insightful.

Well on the Pan as a character issue I never got why so many fans hate her. I know she was not too likable in GT but I do not care about GT in the context of this story as the only similarity between the Pan's in this doujinshi and the Pan in GT is what was told at the end of the manga and her hair. THAT'S IT!

I have found that in several fandoms, from Chaucer to George Lucas, people cannot avoid developing a prejudice for an unlikeable character. Sometimes this is done by the author(s) on purpose, but it is sad when it develops because of bad writing. In the case of Pan however, I believe the character's unpopularity was yet another of the many screw-ups in GT. She was a cute, precocious character at the end of DBZ but those traits did not mature when she appears in GT. On the contrary I find Pan far more likable in this doujinshi. Anyway, as I have said many a time now in this thread. Stay positive people. Now back on topic . . . :D

I am of the same opinion as most concerning the Pan v.s. Bojack segment so far. Bojack probably got the wind knocked out of him, perhaps even a bloody, broken nose. Yet he's going to be in a rotten mood come the next page. Over the next few pages, this round is going to get a whole lot better as both fighters will know just how tough their opponent is. Bojack was obviously arrogant at fighting a "little girl" and now knows better. Pan has been surprisingly competent against her foe. While still a bit cocky, the pint sized Super Saiyan does not seem to be holding back. 8)

See that is the problem why does Bojack have to try against Pan of all people, yeah she is from alternate universe but it is still Pan. The type of stink on her will never come off even if they scrap GT and make another series written by Toriyama in the manner that everyone claims they wanted.

That "stink" is never on this Pan in the first place. Why can't you get this idea into your skull? This Pan is derived from the young one we saw at the end of the manga: strong, enthusiastic about fighting, and with every bit as much potential as anyone else, if not even more.

I'm confused. Is Pan Vegetto's daughter in that universe? Was it mentioned in fan-manga?

Pan can't be Super Saiya-jin, because she doesn't have balls for it.... That's my idea

She's still Gohan's daughter, but she's from the universe where Vegetto never unfused. So instead of being trained by Goku, she was trained by Vegetto. And since Uub doesn't exist there, and Vegetto isn't Goku, he never left to train him. Thus he trained Pan instead.

Z Pan raised and trained by Vegetto...there's no reason she shouldn't be awesome.

As I said "prejudice". :( No matter what the Pan depicted in this new material is, some people will just ignore it. It's not a big deal! I hear ya Prof, but really do we need to get into some heated debate over something so unimportant? I understand where all of you are coming from and your observations are all valid. However, please, let us all base our observations on the material we are reading, even if it is related to the material many here find atrocious. :)

So, on the matter at hand, I am looking forward to the Sunday update. 8) Bojack better avenge the destruction of his trusty bandanna!

Looking forward to seeing the Omega Namek* (the giant thats a fusion of every namek in the universe.) fight. Nobody short of Vegetto should be able to stop him.

Regardless if it is something that is for sell or not, the point is that everyone whines about something that they do not have to “BUY” or in my case read. No one is holding a gun to our heads making us “BUY” the product or read it, both instances is silly. Nevertheless, since you feel that it is all right to whine about grain on a DVD or box sets that you do not have to “BUY” then I can whine and complain about something I do not have to read.
Personally, I agree with that it's silly to complain about grain or a little blur on DVDs, regardless if you are going to buy it.
'Cause in every instance, the quality is better than those fossil VHS they released previously.
And since I realize it's silly for people to complain about such a minor thing (minor in my eyes, mind you) I ignore them. With that I mean any thread that goes into DVD discussion.
I understand how sometimes DB:M is dissapointing, but I keep in mind that their work is non-profit and see it as a fan-fic in pictures.
It's just what they want to see.
If I want a better story, I write one and show everyone else my own version.
Also, we are spoiled as Daizexers, since we have access to all this invaluable information, and for other fans not to know these is normal.
That's why the Daizex community wants to start the Dragon Radar wiki site, to educate the fans.

But nevertheless, Salagir et. al. may have known about the line in the Daizenshuu (or was it the DBGT guides) and interpreted the line differently or something.
But I end my discussion about this with: It's Vegetto's universe's Pan.
Vegetto. He is awesome. Everything he touches is awesome.

I would also like to apologize for my harsh tone in my previous post. I was having a bad day.
No more time for Daizex. Goodbye folks!

I don't like her in Z either, because I'm sick of overpowered kids barely out of diapers.

Four-year-old Goku is a weak wild boy, probably yet to receive the bonk on the head.

Four-year-old Gohan can cripple a veteran warrior who's terrorized the galaxy by throwing a temper tantrum.

Four-year-old Goten is a Legendary Super Saiyan.

And now four-year-old Pan is flying around the world in a few minutes? *spits*

Dragonball isn't a realistic comic for adults. It's for kids. If you can suspend your belief get out of the haunted house and do something positive with your free time.
