Considering the original SM casts were Toronto based, I can't see a FUNimation redub being done anywhere except Texas. That is unless Toei plays a large hand.

Maybe it's more Shin Chan!
It's clearly Afro Samurai 3...

Not very likely that anyone actually thought he did, but I just wanted to make sure everyone knew.
So wait... Those MP3s I downloaded all those years ago lied!? I always assumed the song was about his heroin addiction...

... And I've totally ruined SSJ Kaboom's awesome joke... Sorry 'bout that.

Er, Krakabeast, I don't really understand why you brought up "Rock the Dragon," unless I missed a post a page back or something. The reason they mentioned Disturbed was because FUNi put some of their songs in the English dubs of a couple of the movies. Or something.
I thought one of them was implying that Disturbed
performed Rock The Dragon because that track was one of the most influencial factors that made those HARDCORE DEE BEE ZEE fans fans in the first place.
Gohan: At least he doesn't have his sword out anymore.
Kuririn: Yeah, and your dad put his finger away too.

Names Shuki Levy and Kusei Mahehi are not too familiar too some people over here if we are talking about Rock The Dragon Theme and Saban DBZ score composers 8)
FighterZ, Street Fighter 6, Mortal Kombat: Funky_Strudel
PS5: Dynamixx88

I know Rock The Dragon was not performed by Linkin Park either.

The song used to be commonly labelled as a Linkin Park song though.

Which is amusing, since Linkin Park wasn't even Linkin Park in 1996.

All the stuff that normally gets confirmed got confirmed as well.

12:59:05 <zalas|FUNi> ep 1-31 on 5 discs
12:59:11 <zalas|FUNi> first time 1-13 available uncut and unedited
12:59:13 <zalas|FUNi> msrp 49.98
12:59:21 <zalas|FUNi> digitally remastered
12:59:22 <zalas|FUNi> uncut and unedited
12:59:24 <zalas|FUNi> marathon play
12:59:26 <zalas|FUNi> 24 page booklet

Please don't beat around the bush anymore, FUNi. Confirm the aspect ratio. A good number of your sales depend on that.

If the sales of the DBZ season sets are any indicator, then not really. Like GMR said, people will buy a can of cat poop if it has the Dragon Ball Z logo on it.
Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

The audience was apparently also told to stay tuned for more information regarding the series within the next month, so we'll be on the lookout for that.
Hmmm...I wonder...maybe a full screen release of DBZ?

One last thing...
The first Dragon Ball Season Set includes 31 episodes on 5 DVDs with more than 745 minutes of uncut action. The Season Set releases will feature an aspect ratio of 4:3, English and Japanese language options, and the original Japanese musical score in 5.1 Surround.

For me it's the difference between rebuying most of Dragonball or just hunting down two sets.
The series doesn't start with the arrival of Raditz. Stop being lazy and watch Dragonball.

A live-blog from somebody at the con. I don't have a link to the blog itself, but the people on the AnimeonDVD.com forums do, and they've been posting the quotes in the respective topics on their forum. It goes this way at every convention.

I also think the news next month is the Jump Special. They have said they've been trying to get it. Either that or Kai.

And it's 5.1, which means we can get a bunch of unreleased BGM, too.
