Nope, sorry, that wasn't Bruce Faulconer, that was actually Saban music

Created by Shuki Levy I believe, but correct me if I'm wrong.
I'm personally actually more fan of Bruce Faulconer's instrumental openings called Dragonball Z on his CDs. But that's just me

Funimation has done some
good ones. So has Media Blasters.
Even songs made specifically for the English versions are good:

(Note, the song is actually played during the final battle against the Death Phantom, but just grabbed from amv here).

Whiel Menza's GT score was pretty limited, I rather liked his
Movie OP. That is Menza, right?
2:42 is when it kicks in.

Yes, I agree

That's pretty much the only Dragonball-related thing from Mark Menza that I kind of like

I know it was Shuki Levy, even I know that those other intros are from Andy Baylor and Mark Menza

I believe that might be his... It's either his or Nathan Johnson's track.

I hated how they tried to make it something that it's not.
I'm not ready for this.

That's one hardcore opening.
The series doesn't start with the arrival of Raditz. Stop being lazy and watch Dragonball.

I forgot all about that one! I haven't heard it in years. Brings back memories of my middle-school-aged self buying the Bardock Special on VHS, popping it in the VCR, and thinking "WTF?"

Sweet mother of God... They absolutely butchered Makafushigi Adobencya...
...Can that even be described as a song? It sounds like they let the music play, and then every now and then shout some random words...
Hank is sad.

(imagine a few incidental guitar notes playing)

I actually could only think of Pokemon (against my better judgement), toward the end of the "song."
And in the end, it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years.

Ah, Harmony Gold's version. What I dislike about this version (and I'm probably not alone in thinking this) is that the majority of the song is sung, but completely gives out during the chorus.
...if anything, shouldn't it be the other way around?

Oh god! My ears! It's like someone is scratching their nails on a chalkboard next to a megaphone. That takes the cake. It IS the worst opening. End of discussion.
