Yeah, that's story mode only; you can only get them to do the high speed blow-trading outside of story.
I dislike you intensely.(probably)

How do you do this:

The dragon rush, where you stop then go again and the camera stays in one spot.

Also, what's the benefit of that.

Please and thanks!

I haven't played Tenkaichi in a while so I forgot how to do the aura dash (it's L2+X right?) but whatever that is you just press those buttons again when your flying.

It takes you around to the person's back, but it burns ki faster.

It's a good feature because it lets you get back in close quarters quickly rather than having to chase your opponent around like the last two games.

It wasn't that hard in the last 2...well, the 1st one sucked, anyways.

Ok then, I apparently can't get Fusion to trigger.

It's a team fight, I have Goku (end) and Vegeta (end) only, both are in base, I have enough Blast stock, but when I push Left+R3 (the fusion to base Vegetto), they just turn Super Saiyan.

It doesn't work with Goten and Trunks either...I can't fuse to Gotenks, base or SSJ.

The left button works, cause I can move the character around with it...

Edit: Also, the transformation jumps (like going straight from base to SSJ3) and the Gohan to Great Saiyaman transformations work fine.

Well, I don't have the PS2 version...

However, fundamentally, the Wii and PS2 versions are pretty much the same...

I'll try later on tonight, see if Fusions really are disabled.

I really don't think you can Fuse while doing Mission 100. I haven't tried it myself, but it makes sense for the game to disable that massive handicap for a mode that's supposed to test your skill.

Did you check to see if you were inputting the correct button combination. I'm not trying to insult your intelligence, I get it wrong all the time. Press start and check moves, then move the menu over to transformations.

Mission 100 isn't in the Wii version. It's the Ultimate Battle that you get by Disc Fusing the first Sparking! where you have to progress through 100 enemies, right?

Mission 100 is in the PS2 version, as well.

As for Fusion-- it's not just you, Rocketman; I can't execute a Fusion mid-battle in Survival mode either. It's flat-out disabled, which I suppose makes sense given the nature of the exercise.

Although why it apparently isn't working in Duel mode escapes me, as I have no such issue.

I had this problem just last night. The thing is, your timing has to be just so. In the Wii version, for example, you have to use the C-stick and the Control Stick together to both transform and fuse. But last night, trying to fuse (which normally I don't do), I couldn't fuse, just transform.

The solution, I found, was I had to trigger the C-stick a little bit before the Control Stick. Try that with the PS2 combination.

I just got this Game and it's awesome, But from Videos I have seen on Youtube. People just spam a Combo over and over, is this Game really that hard on the Hardest Difficulty?

No, not at all. Difficulty is the one issue I've had with every Tenkaichi game.
(Not attempting to brag or anything, but it's just a major gap between getting my ass handed to me on Z3 and then hopping over to "Very Difficult" on the Tenkaichi games.)
My friend broke my PSP just in time for Naruto Ultimate Ninja 5 to come out....WHOOOO!

You have completed the Game on Hard? Do you have a Tips?

I feel kind of cheap completing this Game on Easy, so once I'm done I'm going to replay it on Hard.

EDIT:Anyone have any tips for Sim Dragon?

can anyone tell me how to do the block that makes your opponent bounce back, and it makes a really loud noise? also, how do you properly use L2+dash?

You have to correctly block their smash attack by blocking in the same direction that they were smashing.
