Battle Point Unlimited: Cut-And-Paste Plagiarism

Jesus Christ, that's almost COMPLETE plagiarism. There's no way that's a coincidence.
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
It always makes you wonder, if people are big enough fans of the music from Dragonball and its video games, they're probably the type of people who will occasionally look it up on-line... and potentially find these comparisons on YouTube and forums like this and probably say "OH SHIT"!bkev wrote:Jesus Christ, that's almost COMPLETE plagiarism. I'm not so sure about this/these one(s). It's such a RIDICULOUSLY SIMPLE (and terribly common) song structure that you could probably point out half a dozen examples that all follow the same thing.

I see your point, but what is important is the fact that these musics sound like more than one song composed by the same band, I think.VegettoEX wrote:I'm not so sure about this/these one(s). In addition, even some melodies also sounds very similar. By the way, that video was quite funny/interesting. Thanks

Though it's just an influence instead of plagiarism, I found the similarity between a piece of Shunsuke Kikuchi and Akira Ifukube's (Godzilla).
I always felt the influence of Akira Ifukube's style when I was watching Doraemon, scored by Shunsuke Kikuchi, but this is the first one in DB series.

BGM in DB (Unreleasd, Ripped from DBZ Korean dub) 0:00~ & 0:28~
