I just found this out from the dbzonps2 message board (which in turn, discovered it on GameFaqs), but it seems Funimation actually put their own clever pun on the shadow dragons name.

I can't believe I never noticed that for myself, I really gotta hand it to Funimation for that.

Wow, that's certainly interesting! I'd say I feel stupid for not noticing it, as well, but I honestly don't really know what their names are (beyond copying and pasting for the specific "
Tidbit"). Luckily, we can rejoice in knowing how much more of 00ber fans we are for knowing that "Shenron" is incorrect

I still really hate the names Funimation gave them. Oceanus, what does that even mean? I wouldve rather they gave them actuall element names than fucked up spelling. Eis, come on, is that even a word?

"Eis" is German for (you guessed it) "ice."

So if they just gave it the name ''Ice'', the pun would have been correct.

Ooh! Ooh! Also if you switch "Naturon" and "Nouva" around they'll also be in numerical order from 1 to 7!

I believe Oceanus is a Titan in Greek mythology.
So to confirm such, I did a Wikipedia search:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oceanus
Guess I was right.
Battle High 2, starring Kyle Hebert as well as myself, has been released on Xbox 360, OUYA, PC, Linux, Mac, and Xbox One!

How dare you disgrace the name of Duff McWhalen. That has to be the no. 1 coolest name ever. Imagine a whale, walking into a room. You ask him...
"What's your name, fine sir?"
And he replies...
"Duff McWhalen"
I mean, you can't get much more hardcore than that.

Especially since all of the Mavericks in that game are named after members of Guns & Roses.

I guess all of them have Greek names, btw is Nouva supposed to be the 4th and not the 7th.It'd make sense if they were all Greek names because Omega is the last Shadow Dragon and Omega means "last" in Greek I think.

I thought Omega meant first, or was it alpha?

Yeah, Alpha is the beginning, Omega is the end.
