I can't think of any instances of "uu" equating "oo"

Nor can I think of any instances in English where we actually use "uu", but I also can't think of any other way that two u vowels could be read.

"Buu" is a valid romanization. "Krillin" is a valid romanization.

There are no such characters as "Fasha" or "Pikkon".

Ah, so it's just for those names which were changed? What about attack names, like Special Beam Cannon or something?

Perhaps in your world there is no Pikkon, but there is in mine. Admitedly, I know it's wrong, but is one of those instances where I choose to being knowingly wrong. I just can't say Paikuhan without an awkward pause, for some reason, so I avoid it.

What do you mean?

When I try and say it, it comes out as Paik-uhan. I don't know why. I feel like an idiot when it happens.

I think it's because people spell it as "ei" when it should be "ie" so "ee" gets rid of the confusion, but don't take my word for it

They spell it Fr-i-e-za. "I" before "E", except after "C". That ladies and gentlemen is what I learned in the 3rd grade.

Frieza as written in our English language should be pronounced more like "fries", which couldn't be more opposite of how Freeza is actually pronounced. Hence the filter on that name.

And don't even get me started on something like Furiza . . .

There's no particular way it should be pronounced just going by the spelling. Field, shield, wield, etc all have the "ee" sound. Hell, you even have the architecture/art term "Frieze".
