I got it from a random stand at last year's Otakon, and unfortunately I have no idea who made it. The underside of it just says, "© B/S•T MH.CHINA," if that means anything.

Well, nothing wrong with having one specifically for figures. They're one of the major categories of DB merchandise, after all.

It's definitely a legit figure. The edge of the photo just cuts off the logo.
I would never buy a bootleg figure. Unless I were to make a mistake and it wasn't at all obvious that it's a fake, but usually it's easy to tell.
