Happens ALL the time, take a look at Castlevania: Symphoiny of the Night, there are some erroneous sound clips dubbed in english that are physically impossible to get in the game, main speculation is they dont take out the Japanese audio files and they translate the Japanese files and add the english version in regardless if its used or not. Its just time saving.Hey, yeah- it occured to me while reading about the chibi Goku audio files (why it didn't occour to me a couple of weeks before is a mystery) that-
Budokai 3 is dubbed.
That means, all audio files that HAVE been dubbed, must therefore have a purpose. -Be it a secret character, or whatever, unless an audio file was MEANT to be accesible, it wouldn't be dubbed..
see my point?
Now, I'm pretty sure that Atari wouldn't pay Chibi Goku's voiceactor 200 or so dollars a line to just pop in some extra audio for people who have the software to sift through PS2 files, so that means the purpose must be game-wise =)
I rest my case! =D (unless someone starts arguing with me, then it'll rise up as a ZOMBIE!)
DBZ3: Chibi Goku - Potential Dragon Universe Incomplete?

Yep, I really didn't mention much about the specifics of my earlier Soul Reaver example, but audio files exist on the disc that point to the end of the whole LoK franchise actually happening in that game, but the programmers decided to change directions with what they were doing and those files were never made use of in the final product.Happens ALL the time, take a look at Castlevania: Symphoiny of the Night, there are some erroneous sound clips dubbed in english that are physically impossible to get in the game, main speculation is they dont take out the Japanese audio files and they translate the Japanese files and add the english version in regardless if its used or not. Soul Reaver interestingly enough was (I'm fairly certain) originally an English language production too, it just goes to show you how much can end up on the cutting room floor.

Frankly, I think the only reason the Brolly DU was left in was because of all the [Fanboy] LIEK OMFG BROLI IS the PWN4G3 [/Fanboy] people.ChaotixXero wrote:I heard Chibi Goku's DU was that he goes to the future and Gohan teaches him to fly![]()
I'd rather do a Bardock/Trunks DU then Broly/Ubb
who cares about Uub(DBZ) in the first place.
EDIT: A what if Bardock Dragon Universe would have bloody rocked.

I feel so evil playing Broli's DU; I don't typically like playing villians story modes (Like Freeza's from Budokai 1, for example). But there's just something about being Broli that made me want to slaughter the good guys for a change.
They should've let you destroy more of the planet, like he did Baba's.

I think you unlock his alternate ending by playing his DU the second time round and killing Gohan in one of the fights by using his Gigantic Meteor attack. I'm not too sure which fight, but it's probably the first Gohan fight. Doing so will (probably) give you a new red dot with Goku. Killing Goku gets you Brolli's alternate ending.
As you can tell, my memory sucks.

Same here. Are you sure? I just tried that today. I killed Gohan in the first fight with Gigantic Meteor, but I had to fight him a second time anyway. So I killed him with another Gigantic Meteor attack, but the normal ending happened.
