...And here is a look at the Blue Ray version...

Not much difference actually, the Blue Ray menu and DVD menu have the same scenes but the Blue Ray version has the menu options on the right.

This version also has something called "Goku's Quest" wich is this...

But the odd thing is, that icon stays on the screen for the whole movie! I tried pressing everything and nothing worked!

Other then that, the disc art is different.

Thats about it. No major changes.

Do all Blu-ray discs have that blue stripe on them? It's bad enough they're already on the box :?

What's the prize on Goku's quest

That "Goku's Quest" thing seems a little stupid if the Dragonballs are going to stay on screen all throughout the movie lol

The art for the disc on the left actually looks pretty cool.

I thought so too. o.o Maybe this movie wouldn't have flopped as badly as it did if they used that one for the posters... (Yeah, right.)

The new disc-art looks as if Justin Chatwin is using Kaio-Ken.
Looks nice.

I was thinking the very same thing, it actually looks good, I wished they had used the Kaio-Ken in the film. Does anyone have a bigger image of it?
The Saiyans are very much like the Klingons and Jem'Hadar.

That is going to be my new avatar. :P

And why the hell is Piccolo white in the disc at the right? Not to mention they keep saying Goku is a Saiyan although in the movie nothing is said.

Huh. Maybe you need to update your Blu-Ray player's firmware? Or maybe restart your player. One time I couldn't get a menu to work on my player, so I restarted and it worked fine.

Okay, just to make sure: Funimation has no ownership of this, right? I feel stupid enough having bought the DBGT bricks with a DBox release almost inevitable now, so I don't want to fork over $30 for this and end up buying it again in a boxset sometime down the road. I'll only be getting it for completion's sake, anyway.

DB Evolution is based on the manga, not the anime. Therefore, FUNimation has absolutely nothing to do with it at all.

I don't know. I try that with women all the time. It's ridiculous that it doesn't work, though. I mean really, does "pay me or take off your clothes" really constitute sexual harassment? I see it as being generous enough to offer payment options.

On the Playstation Store, Dragonball Evolution is currently the number 1 movie on there. I found that to be really weird.
The series doesn't start with the arrival of Raditz. Stop being lazy and watch Dragonball.

I'm gonna chalk it up to a mix of ignorance and morbid curiosity. Even I'm a little tempted to rent it from PSN and maybe MST3K it or something.

If you're serious about that, I suggest you post the results on iRiff. I'd definitely listen to it.

I'd need to get some friends together first so that it's not just me the whole time being a nerd.
