Does anyone know who sings the English ending #4 on FUNimation's remastered sets of GT?

Justin Houston, I think he's an ADR director, same guy who did the Ouran High School Host Club Ending theme.

EDIT: Yeah, it doesn't mention his performance for GT Ending 4, but it's him:
