Pretty much. We haven't heard any other features including:

1)English dub with dub music

2) Extras

3) DBZ OVA and Jump Special

Seriously, this thread should be sticky.

Yes. I find that to be totally awesome.
I really don't see what the big deal is.
It's a big deal because I don't have to run for the audio setup anymore.
The series doesn't start with the arrival of Raditz. Stop being lazy and watch Dragonball.

Won't you still need to go to the audio menu to set up the subtitles?
To a strong man, the end justifies the means. To a stronger man, the means justify the end.

It defaults to Japanese with subtitles.

I wonder if they will re-broadcast DBZ on the Funimation Channel.

I'd rather see dbox footage with subs on say adult swim or something. Not going to happen, but I'd still like to see it. >.>

We don't need people giving a new half-assed argument that DB is for adults.

I'd rather see Toonami's resurrection than Adult Swim.

Bah. Just throw the Japanese with subs on Syfy or something and call it a day.

Or I can just watch the DVDs whenever I want on my TV or DVD player.

No, but CN doesn't air anime anymore. If Toonami were to be resurrected for it, I'd be all for it. But CN is more about Canadian animation then Japanese animation these days. I suppose Syfy would work too.

And duh, DBZ's a kids show, but so was Case Closed and YuYu Hakusho, both of which graced Adult Swim. I was just thinking of a venue that might actually show it that isn't a limited access channel.

It's just that is kinda unlikely that DBZ will be on TV in the near future with how CN is acting.

Which is why I mentioned a channel that does show anime.

That's a good idea.

Kuririn: Yeah, and your dad put his finger away too.

Yeah, Syfy or Funimation Channel are the best bets. It deserves to be shown on cable again. It'll probably create a whole new generation of fans too.

Case Closed was only on AS because of all the gruesome murders. Had the crimes been theft or vandalism, it would've been on Toonami back then.

...okay? :?

Uh... The show is what it is... Of course if it was toned down it would be suitable for American children's television... But you could say the same about anything so what's your point?

That Case Closed would have been on Toonami if it didn't have the murders. Easy point to see.
