I just realized something. If we follow the pattern established in the SEGs for Super Saiyan power-ups, we can form a theoretical multiplier for SSJ4.

SSJ1: 50 times base.
USSJ1, USSJ2, FPSSJ: Somewhere between 1 and 2 times SSJ1.
SSJ2: 2 times SSJ1.
SSJ3: 4 times SSJ2.
SSJ4: 8 times SSJ3.

So, in other words...

SSJ1: 50 times base.
USSJ1, USSJ2, FPSSJ: Somewhere between 50 and 100 times base.
SSJ2: 100 times base.
SSJ3: 400 times base.
SSJ4: 3,200 times base.

Sweet mother of Jesus! All of a sudden, I see why Goku became the only one who could do anything in GT. I bet he would have topped Mystic Gohan with a multiplier like that.

That's the very reasoning I used for developing my multiplier for my Dragon Ball GT Rewrite fan fic.
