Something that's actually done good, not shit, obviously.
Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

I know, that's why I'm probably the only person on this forum to be looking forward to it. :)

Sagas = Beat-em'-up. (Like say Spider-man friend or foe) and stopped at cell.

Legacy of goku = RPG and stopped at frieza.

Very different. That's like saying Dragonball GT is the same as Dragon ball as it is dragon ball and has kid goku.

Both are beat-the-crap-outta-enemies games. Basically, Sagas is the updated version of LOG with an arc added and some bonuses.

Every Dragonball game is a "beat-the-crap-outta-enemies" game if you use that logic. Where were the missions in West City in Sagas? Where were the items, or the actual elements of an RPG?

I know we're totally derailing this thread, but - holy crap - Buu's Fury actually has a world map. I'd only played the start of it and haven't played any other DBZ RPG (I assume the two previous games are more or less the same) but I thought this was just gonna be a slightly roaming beat-em-up that just linearly takes you through the script of the Majin Buu saga. But no, it actually has a Mode 7 type world map and quite a few locations off the beaten path. I do prefer turn-based combat in my JPRGs, though, so I'm still really looking forward the the Kai RPG for that fix - I've played a bit on the Japanese release but I can only understand incredibly basic things that they're saying and unless I'm suffering from amnesia, it seems to have entirely new plotlines.

a lot of the people I see who dislike it are the Tenkaichi fanboys. Realistly, Burst Limit was a pretty good game. It may have had a comparatively small roster compared to some other Dragon ball games in the past but a roster doesnt make a game.

Sure, it was inferior to Budokai 3 in some ways but that doesnt mean it's a bad game. It's a solid 7/10 at least. Fun and relatively accesible controls, great graphics and a fair set of features.

Why do I feel like the only one who didn't like this game? :?

Budokai 3 was the fighting game nearest to rpg.
It was really sad to see Infinite world or Burst limit removing
"dragon universe" and "level up". Of course those new games
brings new moves appearance but they ruined everything else.
Even the capsules became more broken in Infinite world than
its predecessor. Can you belive I am still playing B3 Greatest hits?

Sagas was beyond awesome.
The series doesn't start with the arrival of Raditz. Stop being lazy and watch Dragonball.

Please don't remind me of this game. I got so excited for this because my friend was hyping a non fighting Dragonball game and because I could fly. I sold 3 PS2 games(one of which was actually pretty good) to get this game. I started playing and I literally had to force myself to finish it. I refuse to get rid of it too because 3 games were sacrificed for that piece of crap. :(

The only redeeming factor was that it was the first game to have Future Gohan...that's it.
