Sure but out of all the characters in the Dragon Ball Universe they picked him to expand on? The character with the least amount of personality? The most boring villain ever? I mean that's just my opinion but you gotta admit the guy is boring. I mean they could have went with Turles, Cooler, Dabura,Bojak, The human characters,Tapion...but Broli?

Well... If SSJ3 Broli with new storyline is going to be successful, then the sequel might get more what-if characters with new storylines.

I saw this magazine recently. I really cannot believe it. Another thing i was wondering was...well didn't Broli have blonde hair and not greenish colored hair by the 10th movie ? Why is his hair green now ? Oh and one more thing, how can he go SSJ3 if he hasn't even gone SSJ2 ? This just opens up so much more questions

This is pretty neat, I guess, but I can't stop thinking about the things that may come out of this announcement. I hope other characters and what-if scenarios will be included.

If they really wanted to make a new story line...I don't see why they couldn't ask Mr. Toriyama to make up a new villain and make an original story based off that just for the game. It's something new. Nobody has seen it before and it'd probably generate a lot more excitement than a SSJ3 Broli.

No I definitely agree with you there. But think of this addition as a step forward towards awesome character expansion for characters like Tullece, Cooler, Dabura and the humans.

The only reason why Broli was done first is because of his ENORMOUS fanbase. If this addition is received well by fans, then the devs would jump on the chance to flesh out other fan favourites

Broly is my favorite movie villain. Past games have included What If characters, like Oozaru Raditz and Super Buu Cell absorbed. I still think that this is a bad idea for this game. There are a lot of great characters that have yet to be playable, like Shen and Androids 14 & 15. I'm all for What If scenarios if they're done well, but I want the actual existing characters to be playable first.

Also, wasn't there a mention of two original characters for this game? Any guesses who the other one is? Another movie villain What If, like SSJ Tullece or Cell absorbing 13? An OMG MAXIMUM POWER fanboy character like SSJ 3 Vegetto? Find out next time on Dragon Ball AF! Er, I mean Raging Blast...

I hope that this "what-if" Broly is a different character. I think that the real Broly can only transform to Lssj, so I guess the ssj3 Broly is a different character?

I fully agree. If there's a transformation that needs to be added it's most definitely Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta. It always felt like something was missing when transforming to Super Saiyan 4...
