Are you trying to upload it via your computer's image drive? You need to host it on an image hosting site, like Imageshack.

Yes, this avatar is a picture of Shenron from one of the Dragonball mini figures series. I can't remember the name of it but majority of the mini figures are wood (grayish brown) color with one special mini figure that's colored in.
