*Shrug* I was just sharing my purchase like I've done in the past in this thread. I'm not really "waving my dick around", just sharing what I believe was a cool story for some hard to obtain sets.

I wasn't directing that at you. I was just making a general statement about people, such as Gokuden, bragging about their Dragon Box's (or in Gokuden's case, bootlegs)

Yeah I've been out of the loop in my fandom for the past year or so. I had a bit of catching up to do.
I've been selling other stuff I don't actually want to fund my Dragonball purchases too.

Next purchases, the Dragonbox and I'm aiming for all the Kanzenban.

I... bought... orange bricks 8 and 9. Mostly because it has been so long since I've seen these episodes (and never in Japanese), and I don't feel like waiting 3-4 years for the Dragon Box releases. Plus, I already had 1-7, and have no plans of getting rid of them to buy my Dragon Boxes.

I just bought this doujinshi/fancomic from Yahoo!Japan. I have no idea what it's about, I just liked the art... I have a bad feeling whenever I buy these without knowing the content.

Her eyes are purple for some strange reason, but the colors look nice together.

Nice to see another doujinshi collector around here.

There are some things that I'll never be able to destroy from my memory. The fact that I actually paid for it makes it all worse. Then there's the misleading cover art. I hate when the art on the cover looks fabulous, but the inside is just filled with half-assed scribbles. Makes me want to kill something.

DragonBall is the worst selling part of the DragonBall franchise in North America. What makes you think FUNimation is going to offer premium collections? Especially since one of the reasons they're releasing the Z Boxes is because Toei has DBK to pimp out, they don't have a DB Abridged to pimp out, so the price for the masters could be pricey. I'm not saying they won't, just saying all these people holding out may be in for a surprise.
