What AGE is Freeza?
Does anyone know? Could Freeza actually be a child who shows exponential power? Showing how he talks to King Cold (calling him "Daddy", and such) not to mention the fact that he seems much shorter than King Cold, could he actually be a child?
Random Fact: "If Freeza used a watering can on Piccolo, he would turn into a tree. FACT."

Don't forget, that the size wouldn't matter all that much--his second form and third form was at least two times taller than his fourth form.
And the 'daddy' could just be a royalty, spoiled as a child thing. "Oh please, daddy, but me that pony bredding planet!'
However being a child would explain his attitude. Then again, so could the spoilt as a child thing again.
So. Yeah.

Oh, I like this idea...
Let's just say Freeza has lived for 50 years. If that gave him about the maturity of a 10 year old (humans), we could say his species lives to around 400, on average? (This is assuming that a person's maturity increases as they hit certain percentages of their lifespan, rather than them getting older. I'm not saying it does.)
Their power growth, however, would NOT be determined by percentage of lifespan. No way. 40 years of the same training would get you the same profit with different species.
Oh, and more about Freeza's race. We only assume there are 3 of them, right? Is there a chance that they have a whole planet somewhere, and King Cold's family was just in a position of money and power? Overall, the species might be only slightly stronger than others.

Yeah, we're never shown other Changelings but it's possible there's a planet full of them out there and that the Cold Family is just overpowered. I mean, think about it, Vegeta was overpowered for a Saiya-jin in the Saiya-jin saga (Not to mention him, Goku, and Gohan later on) and Tien, Yamcha, and Krillin were overpowered for Humans. If the rest of the universe estimated Humans based off of Tien, Krillin, and Yamcha they'd be way off.

<Xyex> Original Freeza never sounded like a chick to me.
<Kaboom> Neither does Rita
<Xyex> Good point.

When he blew up Planet Vejiita he looked exactly like he did in the early Namek episodes. I'm guessing at least in his 50s. Referring to human anatomy, men from their late 20's to early 40's dont change in their physical appearance that much. By their early 50's they do start to change though. But then again, its Toriyama people, it doesnt have to make sense for it to be believable.

I've always wondered that, too. Bibidi, Babidi, and Majin Buu were Majins, and they made others part Majin (I doubt Yalkon was always that way, and I know Dabura wasn't), but I was never sure about Freeza's species. Considering the "Freeza's family is overpowered" theory could be true, than perhaps Zarbon's a changling? They don't have to have the same colors, do they?Zackarotto wrote:Is "Changeling" an official term? The only reason I said "Freeza's Race" instead was because I thought "Changeling" was made up by a fan.
Because Kaio-Ken just doesn't cut it anymore.

Not sure if Changeling was ever offically used, but I know that Ice-jin is a 100% fan term.
And actually, Super Sonic, if you go by what Freeza says, he transformed to become WEAKER, not stronger. That idea is forgotten quickly though, but Freeza states that his 4th form is actually his true form, the others were created to contain his vast power. Hence, he changed to them out of his own want to do so.
Of course, his father and his brother kind of screw up that whole idea... but I think by the time Toriyama-sama got to King Cold he'd forgotten about it and just changed it to transformations....

Not sure. I know the Z-Fighters sense Freeza and 'Someone even stronger'.
