I dont think so. Amazon.co.uk and Yesasia.com import plenty of US and Japanese DragonBall products for good prices, and manga wise there isnt anything that needs importing (if you want Viz). I have all orange brick sets 1 - 9, Kanzenban 1,13,14,22,34 and Viz tankoubon 3-4 (you can see all these in this thread) and i had no problem finding them. If your still having problems, wanna buy my orange brick sets off me????JamieDBZFan1995 wrote:It's really hard to find Dragonball over here in the UK.

Yeah someone on here told me about ordering Online I've just started doing it too, but the only worry I have is the DVDs are NTSC will they work on our DVD Players?
23rd October, Dragonball Raging Blast!
Sadly, NTSC/Region 1 is not compatible with the standard PAL/Region 2 DVD players we have in the UK. Its a simple thing to get around though. All you need to have is your DVD player, a PC/laptop which i'm guessing you have since you should be reading this with oneJamieDBZFan1995 wrote:vershiris wrote:I dont think so. Yeah someone on here told me about ordering Online I've just started doing it too, but the only worry I have is the DVDs are NTSC will they work on our DVD Players?and if you like, a lead that connects your PC/laptop to a TV. I've set my laptop up to play Region 1 (to do this, simply insert the region 1 DVD and your computer will ask if you want to change the region, click yes and switch it to region 1), I then have my xbox and DVD player which reads region 2 discs. Connect your lead from the laptop to the TV and there you go, you can now play all of FUNimations DVD's (and any other American DVD) from your laptop to your TV and Japanese DVD's are Region 2 so work on our players anyways!
Hope that helped
Thanks mate I'll be doing that once the DVD's arrive just one more Question though. What is the Lead called?

I'd recommend a HDMI cable (thats what I use, I just use the one from my xbox). Your gonna get the best quality that way and you'll also have HD quality is you have any HD videos on your PC or your computer can play Blu-ray/HD DVD disks.JamieDBZFan1995 wrote:vershiris wrote:Sadly, NTSC/Region 1 is not compatible with the standard PAL/Region 2 DVD players we have in the UK. Offtopic, but it's because I finally have some pics of some of my crap.
Does anyone know of a pic hosting site that doesn't reduce the image quality or size after uploading it? I guess it doesn't REALLY matter, but if there is one, I'd still like to know of it.
Other than paying for a premium account on something, of course...

Acme? A Dragonball tape in an ACME? Well, they always have those "Bargain Bins" in Acme/Giant, so there is some possibility that some sort of Dragonball tape/DVD would have been thrown in there at some point. I just wish I would find one. I never get THAT lucky.
Next quest: Buy the Super: Broly and Super Hero Blurays, also Daima whenever that releases in the states. Also the Super Manga!
