Personally, I think 'Ticked' should start his/her own community. That way, he/she can delegate whatever he/she finds offensive, and ban people as he/she wants. Good luck making a community as good as this one though...

No one here seems to have a problem, myself included. If you have a problem, there's plenty of other DB communities (DBZOA? GameFAQs? ;p), otherwise don't be so sensitive
