Pui Pui / Pocus... Weaker than Raditz?
Simply because Pui Pui thought 10x Earth gravity would give him the advantage over Vegeta. Yet if he had done the same to Raditz or Nappa, they'd have laughed in his face. Thoughts?

He's not that weak. Pui-Pui has no idea of these guys experiencing anything outside of normal gravity, so he's expecting the change to naturally affect Vegeta. Kibito basically claimed he was powerful along with Dabra, and Kaioshin even thinks he's strong. I know people like to rag on Kaioshin, but seriously, Pui-Pui isn't at Raditz's level due to that statement.
We also don't know how much stronger the charm made him. So, if you think he's at 1,200 based on growing up on a planet with 10x gravity--the magical charm could easily put him well above that. Either way, he's much stronger than Raditz.

It seems to me as though lots of warriors were stronger than Raditz. I think even outside of Frieza's trade organization there were lots of powerful warriors. Babidi probably wouldn't pick a weakling as one of his main henchmen, I'm sure that he was one of the strongest fighters still alive after the the whole incident on Namek.

Even after he realized that Vegeta outclasses him in every way he still thought about that 10x gravity thing.
Now since he knows that Vegeta is much stronger then him and that 10x gravity is nothing to himself then why would it bother Vegeta, someone much stronger then him in base(showed)
Pui is just stupid or he thougt of 10 x gravity as a REALLY big thing.
I'll pick the latter and say that he is weaker then raditz

I don't think we have good enough gauge to say this. Vegeta's huge, throbbing love of battle forces him to train constantly. For all we know, Pui Pui is as strong as Ginyu or Freeza, and Vegeta still would've made quick work of all three of them at once at that point in the series.

Nah, PuiPui's not THAT weak, or he'd have completely slipped under Babidi's radar.
I think he has to be at least stronger than Freeza's first form. By numbers, he's probably pushing a BP of a million, and that's hot stuff by most of the universe's standards. But of course to the Saiyans at that point, even in base, he's nothing.

Maybe it has to do with Yakon believing that Vegeta was an Earthling and not a Saiya-jin.
Earthlings have less durable bodies and maybe he thought that Vegeta would become much slower as his body would be dragged down with the gravity.
As an example, Yamcha was almost crushed in that filler scene were he tried to be Vegeta, y'know, when he was in the gravitational chamber.
Although the humans managed to complete their training at North Kaio's place, they are exceptions amongst humans.

Vegeta's base form BP greatly surpassed 3 million by the early android saga. Just because he assumed Vegeta was human doesn't mean his own BP is under 1,500.
Pui Pui had damn good reason to think the 10x gravity would help him: Earthlings live in 1G environments, and Vegeta, having no tail, looks identical to an Earthling. They also encountered Vegeta on the Earthling homeworld.
As mentioned, Pui Pui wouldn't be Babidi's 3rd stronget warrior if his BP, before powering up from the Majin spell, was laughable by someone as weak as Radditz.

My opinion is that Pui-Pui/Pocus can't possibly be weaker than Raditz. The only reason he thought that 10x gravity would affect Vegeta is because he was under the impression that Vegeta was an Earthling, and most Earthlings don't experience anything outside normal gravity. I don't think Bobbodi would've chosen someone weaker than Raditz to be one of his chief henchmen (since it is implied that way in the manga). Plus, Pocus was stated to be the champion of Planet Zoon. To be a champion of an entire planet, you have to be pretty damn strong. I'd estimate Pocus to be at least stronger than Freeza's first form. Someone weaker than Raditz would just fly under the radar. It really does frustrate me when people try to use the 10x gravity scenario to claim that Pocus is much weaker than he really is.

I really wouldn't be surprised if Pui Pui, after powering up from the spell, was stronger than Freeza. IE: Strong enough to warrant his position with Babidi, but not enough to be a threat to Boo-Saga base Vegeta.
Since Yakon and Dabura are the strongest Demons, and Pui Pui is from the Universe, maybe Pui Pui is from the strongest race in the Universe and Pui Pui himself is the strongest member of that race that Babidi could find.
