It actually doesn't. The browser goes just as fast as it normally does. Everything runs up to speed and even when it(very rarely) does lag a bit, it only lags the .gif, making it skip a few frames. That only lasts a couple seconds though, then it goes back to normal.

Yeah. Luckily there's a picture of Freeza in that same pose for all his forms.
