For a while I wanted to come up with these little strips that look like political cartoons but with Dragon Ball news. I just always liked that style. So, I did one today and, I don't know...

I actually saw something similar to this on 4chan's /co/ in the style of the SMBC Political comic guide thing today.

It was a screenshot of Roshi holding an erotic vegetable and it said "THOSE BASTARDS" "OUR SHIT", and everyone reacted in a sarcastic political way.

While I've never liked the political cartoon style, I respect it as a cultural art form and like your idea. I'd like to see what you can do with the "Parent Outraged" post on the homepage.

Yea, I made one on the same subject but I didn't post it. I didn't think it was that clear what was going on. I hate to explain a joke but, see the mother is worried about what he is reading in a comic, but what about everything else? You can't just regulate everything they do. But I thought this one I drew was a little weak.

Edit: Shit, Godo is that what yours was trying to do to? Sorry.

I thought the same about mine. I couldn't think of anything else though.
By the way, the kid in my "strip" is holding a gun and a leaf of condoms, who are his father's (the gun) and his parent's (the condoms).

It's just some person watching the news and wondering why he isn't watching Dragon Ball instead.

If you were looking for some hidden punch-line or hidden joke, then you won't find it there. Well... Dragon Ball related that is... I thought it had a good political joke in it...

And I think MCDaveG's was about Frieza holding a press conference because of Dragon Ball censorship in the middle east.

My is about that Freeza is pissed of from Viz's edits and mentions that they should see what they've done in middle east. I know war is war, but nobody can experience that everyday horor for people living there and so these are those horrible edits..... As answer to 11/9, America along with NATO Europian allies started the purge in Middle East......
And what about results?? Contless deads of ordinary people, but they didn't caught and I know they'll never catch the most important person blamed for terrorism, infamous Bin Laden. Also, it didn't stop ordinary terrorist atacks around the world and it only massacred thousand of citizens and wrecked their countries without result......

No more politics, the main point is that the censors should look on themselves first, they are obsessed by purging nudity and changing contexts (that Freeza must get himself dressed before coming to whitehouse) instead of solving real things and own mistakes. I think that whole mankind should think about self and start to make logical decisions for some good....
