There's a brief look at some what ifs at the end. Dodoria and Zarbon join the Ginyu Force, Bardock vs Goten and Gohan, Trunks and Yamcha doing some weird dance...? Or possibly fighting.

Before you start implimenting cut-scenes in battle as a big thing, try to make them look at least remotely interesting.
Laughable mouth movements too. Damnit, and that last trailer looked pretty good .

Ah well, the developers seem to be having a really good time making this, I'll give'em that much.

I liked Butta's special attack against Dodoria during that What-If gameplay... it looks like they might be individualizing character's moves at least a little more.

Well I just pre-ordered the limited edition version for PS3 and hopefully it should come on Friday, I can make an unboxing video if anyone would want one.

CUT SCENES, YAY!!!

I like cut scenes in the story mode,Budokai 1 had the best story mode because of it, so to see them stick with that formula makes me happy. The mouth animation is bad, but I survived Infinite Worlds so I will live.

Does the Special Edition on Amazon apply for anyone or is it coming out in stores in the US as well?

I hate ordering things online but I also don't want to miss out on extras moves or costumes or whatever the pre-order codes do.

Just wondering with the confirmation e-mail Amazon sends did it give you a delivery estimate for the 26th of October? I dont think I'll get mine Friday seeing as there's going to be a postal strike Thursday and Friday in the UK.

I just typed in "Dragonball Raging Blast" into google and there was news on the Limited Edition version, well it looks like it will be coming out across Europe on the 13th of November.

NAMCO BANDAI Games Europe S.A.S. has announced that the highly-anticipated Dragon Ball: Raging Blast for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 will be available across Europe on Friday, 13th November 2009.

I keep seeing "over 70 characters", but as far as I can tell, all of the characters and forms confirmed so far adds up to exactly 70. Unless I forgot someone.

EDIT: Oh, I did. I forgot Gotenks. That's 73 then.

Even if it did come out on the 23rd. Royal mail are striking on Thursday and Friday. I think its just amazon being lazy. 13th it looks like

Seeing as the game comes out in 2 days (supposedly), I thought Amazon would of updated it by now.

So is Raging Blast using Kais VAs or Zs?

Also, I'm pretty sure one of the What Ifs is going to be Vegetto vs Kid Buu, since that one scenario of Vegetto has him on the Planet of the Kais.

Yes it was crowded. You have to shuffle through columns of multiple versions of the same character to find the one character you like, then you have characters like Freeza's soldier who have no purpose but to add to the character count. So we're dealing with Movie 8 type Brolli instead of Movie 10 type? Nice. :3 I never could figure out why they reduced his vocabulary to a single word in Movie 10. (Though I guess if you want you could say him being frozen in ice for so many years did a number on his brain).
Haven't seen Movie 10 in awhile, but I always thought the one word vocabulary thing was from Budokai 3. I mean seriously his sound files is like 20 different versions of " KAKARROT!!!!"

Anyways, are you seriouly goin' to complain about scrollin' through characters ? That takes all but 5 seconds to find who you want. how silly.

Let it be crowded for you, I prefer my Goku's seperate accordin' to time period.

Wether Freeza Soidier is there or not is he in any way hinderin' your play with the game ? NO ! Stop the foolishness and complain about real things, like the ki effects lookin' very amateur, and fallin' way short to BT3's

I've seen far more visually impressive effects on the PS2 ! [i.e. entire "Naruto Narutimate " series. 1,2,3, Accel 1, Accel 2, and Storm.]

It's jus' sad....

It has. The PS3 LE is now dated for Nov 13th. The 360 one is still the 23rd, but that'll inevitable change.

EDIT: There is a demo up on XBL. My Xbox isn't up and running at the moment, but I signed in on the XBL website to check, and it's there.

As for PSN, no demo for the EU it seems.

Holy shit, this is pretty awesome.

I've been playing as Goku, and this game is ridiculously better than the Sparking games.

The controls take a second to get used to, but it's smooth sailing after that.
