Interesting concept.....Salagir and Gogeta effectivly becoming the villains of their own fan manga.

I’m getting a strange sense of nostalgia looking at the first few panels of Vegetto fighting Broly. Reminds me of the opening of Budokai 3, where Gogeta was getting his ass kicked by Broly, as a Super Saiyan no less.

Broly only appears strong because he is letting his power flow out. The only damage we've seen him do so far wasn't anything Piccolo Daimou couldn't have done. I mean, so what? He killed some weak guys. Whoopdy-freakin-doo!

If anything, sadly, I think this actually *proves* how strong he is, since he is more than likely just powering up...and since he's OMFG Broly, he's soooo powerful that even when powering up his immense energy can't be contained and some of it is released as destructive energy.

God, I hope Vegetto powers up back and blows his head off, but we know that won't happen...

I'm pretty sure this will be anti-climactic. I think that the opening pages of the manga were red herrings and the good fights are about 15-20 pages away.

Well, the gang typically control their ki so the planet isn't destroyed, you know. Broli doesn't really care to control himself like the others would.

Broli was hyped up so much throughout this comic, I'll be disappointed if the writer didn't make him out to be some unstoppable killing force. And I don't even like Broli! You can't pull a red herring in the first few pages of comic, that just be a dick move.

DBM: "Hey remember about 163 pages back we made Broli look like the ultimate threat in the tournament? Well we're just dicking around! GOT'CHA! Broli's actually much, much weaker than we made him out to be, just the way nature attended..."

That being said, I suspect Vegetto is restricting himself to Super Saiyan for the sake of fun. And pride.

It probably doesn't work in shonen, but red herrings are great if use effectively. Even if they do piss us off.

Than this would all imply than this Broli is more powerful than Boohan, assuming the creators recognize that scene as canon.
