Nappa fan art at its peak

Post by TheAmericanDream » Tue Nov 03, 2009 6:04 pm

Be careful, this is a punch in the face. It's intense. Enjoy.

I have seen quite a few SSJ Nappa fan art around the web. It's not that hard to imagine Nappa like this, especially since he is usually bald.

I faved this piece as it is both creepy and awesome at the same time. With Nappa's temper, it's a wonder he didn't go super in the Saiyan saga.

Thinking about it now, I've actually never seen another pic of Nappa as a ssj before, with the exception of another one I came across a long time ago. This pic has made me realize that it's time to search for some more Nappa fakes later on.

That is truly Nappa fan art at its peak! It's a great design of SSJ Nappa, whose maniacal grin is effective, while creepy! The colour is radiant, which is great as well! :D

I said Robotnik specifically because he looked like his early US design, otherwise I would've said Eggman.

Sonic 1 was released in America first, so Robotnik is his original name.

And the whole switching to the Japanese name thing was idiotic. That would be like Capcom randomly switching the Street Fighter II boss names back into their Japanese counterparts.

Actually, I wish Capcom would switch to the Japanese names for the SF bosses. That way when I'm talking to people who know about the change, I don't always have to clarify which Balrog, Vega, or M. Bison I'm talking about.

Of course, but then it would be a double edged sword. Then people who didn't know would be confused.

He clearly says his name is Dr. Robotnik in Sonic Adventure, and then everyone calls him Eggman. His name isn't Eggman, and Eggman is a dumb name.

I always took Eggman as an insulting nickname for Robotnik. Maybe I'm wrong.
