How often do you watch Dragon Ball (excluding Kai)?
We all are on here talking about Dragon Ball constantly, but how often do you actually watch the show?
I don't watch it often. I probably watch it about once every month or two months. The Dragon Boxes might change that though....

Before Kai came around, I hadn't seen any DB-related anime since the Shonen Jump special. And then, I hadn't seen any since the re-dub of the first two seasons aired on Cartoon Network. And before that, not since the end of the original run of DBZ on Cartoon Network. I have sneaked a peek at little clips of battles I like on YouTube, but that's about it.
In the big picture, DB and DBZ aren't really what I would call "favorites" of mine. Watching is a nostalgic thrill, a piece of yesterday that I watch only now and then with a carefully measured current appreciation.
I'm hardly the type of person to intentionally distance myself from DBZ, but once a year for my Dragon Box (and others I may get) will probably be the new schedule.

He's an ineffably charming bastard who's manly leanings were really incendental, and yes, the fact that he was voiced by a squeaky woman made the combination perhaps all the more charming.

I tend to watch it at least every few days. However I have times when I drift away from the series for a month or 2 and during those times I don't really watch it very much. So it depends on the time of year for me I guess. Oddly enough, I have very strong connections with the series every christmas season. For some reason christmas has always been the best time of the year to be a dragonball fan for me.

Before this year I hadn't seen it since 2002??? I started watching it again in August of this year. Watched it everyday for 2-3 years hours until I finished Z then went onto GT. And have been sporadically watching DB every few days or so. Not sure how often I will watch it when it is all done. I like to watch my favorite parts on youtube now and then. I think penguintruth's idea of once a year sounds good. Because that once a year will take you a couple to a few months at least if you want to watch it all (at least Z) from beginning to end.

When I bought FUNi's Dragon Ball Season One, I watched that over the course of a month...haven't watched any since besides one Kai episode.

I haven't watched anything Dragon Ball-related for a while, but I'll occasionally watch a few episodes or one of the movies or something. It depends on my mood, really; I tend to vary my current interests at any given time, so sometimes I'll be all over the series and other times I'll lack any and all interest in it entirely. I usually don't mind talking about it, though.
I often pop in a disc to check on a scene if I'm in a discussion on here or MFG. Then I'll usually end up watching even further.
Otherwise, I tend to pop in one of the movies every so often while I'm working on something.

Last time I watched anything Dragonball (not Kai) must of been movie 13, because I was watching all of Funi's dub of Z.
I'll re-watch it all in 2010 with the first Dragonbox set.

Actually, not all that often anymore. Until I got my Dragonbox about a week ago and started running through it, it'd really been more than a year since I watched any of the actual episodes.
Back in the day I'd watch it religiously on Toonami, then maybe monthly as I collected the tapes/dvds when they came out, then it basically just dropped off for ages. Part of this is because of FUNi's terrible release schedule (see nearly two year gap in release of end-of-Cell dvds), but even once I collected through the end of Cell I ran through the new disks once and left it at that. The series itself is.. difficult to just pick up piecemeal- it's just so damn vast and interconnected, not exactly conducive to quick spurts of watching.
It's really the movies that I find myself watching the most through the years. They're quick complete stories, often have better animation than the series proper, and they're just a lot of fun. I go back to Dead Zone the most- I've seen it at least 14 times and it's just as good every time.
So, I watch a movie maybe once every two or three months at least, and I'll go on massive binges with the series proper but I rarely ever watch just snippets of the show. It's the fandom that I'm involved in daily, more than the canon material itself.

I watch an episode here and there, probably one every other week, often prompted by discussion from these boards. I watch Kai maybe once a month. I'd watch every episode, but I'm currently reading through the manga for the first time thanks to the VizBigs, and I don't want anything to take away from my manga experience. Just read the Vegeta/Kiwi fight, and really liking the manga's pacing.
