The guy with the turban on dragonball at the world tournament, in the dub he keeps going on about "Oh my.. It's Jackie Chan, I wish I bought my camera!"

I don't think he has a name.. Well if he does I can't remember it. Although its been a good couple of years since I have watched those episodes.

I actually thought Farmer with a Shotgun would get the most fans in this thread. After all, he was the first to face off against the Saiyan invasion!

Okay, if that count for a title, then shouldn't Kaio-sama be the same way? I really like the guy, but I feel like I'm the only one who laughs at his jokes. They're just so bad it makes it funny.
