I feel freakin stupid, but where is that scene from?

It looks like Saiya-jin arc material. Since I'm not super-familiar with that arc like I am with the Jinzonengen arc, I just don't recognize this scene.
Next quest: Buy the Super: Broly and Super Hero Blurays, also Daima whenever that releases in the states. Also the Super Manga!
