Now that I think of it, I believe the English manga called Tsuno "Elder Caracol" or something like that.

Bart is one of the kids from the Junior Division who's namedropped, but never seen. Don't think his name made it to the anime either.

The green crocodile kid from a filler episode of DB before the 22nd budokai. What was his name again...?

Yeah, I know it's not canon, but it seemed like a good choice to me because of how ridiculous he looked.

That's right. Apparently it's Spanish for "snail", or something.

For minor characters, there's also Hedge, Hogg, and Lee, the 3 girls Oolong kidnapped, and Grandma Paozu, the lady who gave Bulma and Goku the 6-Star Ball for capturing Oolong. Thier names get left out of the Viz manga for whatever reason. Grandma Paozu's name is also the only time "Paozu" is used in the manga, while in the anime it's the name of the mountain where Goku lives.

Namole was another grunt who afterZarbon is killed, is with Frieza as he decides to call the Ginyu Force. He says something about it, then Frieza kills him. Forgot what it was in the Japanese version and the redub, but I remember an exchange as follows in Season 2 by Ocean:

Namole: But Master Frieza, do you think the Ginyu Force is necessary? But if you want them dispatched we will.

Frieza: Yes dispatch them. *evil chuckles* And Namole, it sounded as if you were questioning my order. Well, were you? (Namole shakes head) Too bad. (Namole gets blasted) Guess you were sent to another dimension for no reason at all.
