Thoughts on a Toriyama/Dr. Slump forum section?

I'd be willing to join. a lot of Mr.Toriyama's work outshines DB in my opinion, and I'd love to be able to discuss it.

Ok, then I have two confirmations. Putting up a forum wouldn't take much time, so I could just make it and then people can join.
I'm pretty sure that Dayspring would join, at least.

I thought the forum is part of the old "Toriyama World" site that released the early scanlations of several manga along with Toriyama's oneshots and Neko Majin.

I hope you've contacted the site owners about the name... even though it's dead by now
