Freeza: Troy Baker. The guy is just excellent at these elegant-like characters, and could probably make Freeza turn from the worst-casted character to the best one. It's scary to think about a 180 like that, really.
Cell: Kenny Green. I dunno, I don't mind Dameon Clarke, but I'd like to see what Green can do. He did a fantastic job in Desert Punk, another FUNimation title, and me doing a little research found that Green's character, Rain Spider, was done by Norio Wakamoto in the Japanese version, who of course was also Cell.
Tenshinhan: Robert McCollum. All of Ten's other English VAs have had this strange throaty thing going on, and I think I'm more "used to it" than they are actually good. McCollum's calm, domineering presence would be a nice match for Tenshinhan, the bastard who broke a guy's leg effortlessly and enjoyed it.

I've always appreciated shows that cast a real kid for a kid character. Obviously that sort of thing isn't possible with a weekly produced show, but when dubbing a complete series at once, it's usually not a problem (See Full Metal Alchemist; and please don't bring up Brotherhood, I'm well aware of that situation). I think it would be hard to find a boy actor who can pull off Goku, but if done properly it would be kind of cool.

MASTER LIST

Morgan Freeman as Mr. Popo.

If Bruce Lee were still alive, I feel he could have done a great Vegeta.

Chris Sabat should voice Goku.

Oprah could voice Frieza and Cell.

Jackie Chan as Jackie Chun, and Clint Eastwood as Roshi.

Dameon Clarke as Kid Gohan.

Chris Rager as Piccolo.

Colleen Clinkenbeard as Yamcha and Tien Shinhan.

I have always wanted to see what Kaye could do as Freeza. He did an amazing job as Treize Khushrenada, and is great with the calm voices. However Treize and Freeza are very different characters, so what works for one may not work for another, and I think Kaye would have to take a somewhat different approach for Freeza. I really wish they would have cast David Kaye as Freeza in the original ocean dud instead of Pauline Newstone, but at the same time, I don't think his voice would work well with the awful dialogue. I can't really imagine David Kaye saying "Any last wishes before you go the way of the dodo?"

I always thought the guy who did Murky's voice (who the fuck is Murky?) would be a great Freeza... He's this guy right here with the green face.

I'd like to see where he could go with a voice like that. He could probley evil it up a little more, might be good.

Ahh, Murky Dismal of Rainbow Brite. His va is Peter Cullen, most known for the current Eeyore, as well as the original Ironhide and Optimus Prime. He also did narration of many cartoons and commercials as so:

I want Kevin Conroy to do anybody's voice. I don't care who, it could be Pan for all that matters. I just love his voice.

Jim Cummings could have done some great voices for the show. Which ones? Way too many to be exact.

My usuall answer...

Freeza voiced by Frank Welker ((Dr. Claw, Megatron and Krulos)) :D

It's a shame they reduced him to do animal voices in everything. :(

Duuuude, I love Jim Cummings.

I could totally see him voicing either Nappa, Piccolo, or Mr. Satan.

It'd be interesting to head Ed Asner as Kami or Kaio.
Nothing matters (in a cosmic sense.) Have a good time.

But Christoph Waltz is the latest actor I can think of that comes to mind as playing Freeza. Perhaps not him exactly, but the way he played Hands Landa in Inglourious Basterds is exactly how Freeza is played in Japanese, and should be played in English. You have this smiling dick of an asshat who's just swaying around with his amazingly condescending tone, but when it comes down to it, his speaking manner changes abruptly and he gets sadistic as all Hell.

Yep. That's Freeza.
He would be the BEST FREEZA EVER!

Other than that, its hard to imagine replacement actors. I've seen multiple English Goku's and Ian Corlett would be the only person I'd have replace Sean Schemmel.

...I sat here for awhile and I really can't think of anyone that could be a good King Kai replacement(he and Freeza are the only ones I'd really replace if given the choice).
...Wait what are you doing? Are you still reading this? I finished what I had to say, why don't you move on to the next post?

If he were still alive, I'd go Mako for King Kai.

R.I.P. Mako. ;.;
