In the February issue of Otaku USA, they have two articles regarding DragonBall Z. Nothing special or anything but hey, people like reading about stuff they enjoy, so here...
The first article is about the DragonBox...
The second article is about the re-masterd DragonBall Z movie singles that were never released, they talk about them as if they were released though.

Very interesting reads. :3 That DBox article does sound like the writer did their research, and that's always a good thing.
On hiatus.

Curious. The movie screen caps look to be in 4:3. Hmmm...

I mean, you're pretty open about looking at cartoon porn. Why would you do that? It's fiction. The proportions of these women are not possible to reach in reality.

They could've used the singles. They were 4:3.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they cancelled it. The next time they will be released, will probably be in DragonBox format. It has been said by FUNimation that they have the DragonBox movie masters.

Daryl wrote that article months in advance. That's how print magazines work. They were all working under the assumption that the stuff WAS coming out, since it was a pretty safe assumption to make -- Bardock and Trunks did end up coming out.

Despite that, the US Dragon Box got a flier for FUNimation's upcoming releases saying the single releases for Movies 3 & 4 will ((or would)) be released in January 26th.

I remember starting a thread on a November 2009 issue a while back. It had the same exact material as this issue. Did they print the two Z articles over...?
An interviewer asks, "The soundtrack in Sonic 3 has become legendary. Is it true that you worked with Michael Jackson on it?" Takashi Iizuka kills all of our hopes and dreams by replying, "You know, those are just rumors, and SEGA does not want to say anything about them. So they will forever be just rumors..." WHY!?

The issue was released back then (I think I got it around then....haven't had time to read it yet, though), but the issue date is February 2010. Lots of magazines have issue dates that are a couple of months later than when the magazine was actually released....I guess that's meant to be the date that they'll sell it until, rather than the month it came out? Never been sure about that; that's my own made up reason.
