Dunno if you were being sarcastic, but this is Dragon Ball Z (multiverse) we're talking about. It almost seems to be a rule that fights go with the "X kicks Y's ass", then Y laughs and says that he wasn't using his full power and then kicks X's ass. Then X mentions that he, too, was not going full out and then kicks Y's ass, who more than likely mentions that he can go a bit stronger, and then the real fight happens. I expect this to be no different, unless all those pages in the beginning aren't actually part of the story.

My theory at the moment is that Broly is going to be splattered into a million gooey pieces from this attack, as he should be. But then, the true villain of the comic will appear. He will be a powerful shape-shifter from Dimension-Z who absorbs the gooey bits and imprints Broly's DNA into himself. He turns into a copy of Broly, with the same appearance and abilities. But he's about 100x stronger than the original Broly, which actually makes him a match for Super Vegetto.


... Okay, it's a bit of a stretch. But I can dream, can't I?

Hopefully this fight comes up to the prologue setting because anything before that is something we already know about. Nice artwork true but storywise not as captivating.

Despite this statement's... "bluntness," I'd have to agree. It really doesn't matter if it's some alternate version or whatever. Broly is Broly. I and a lot of others are just plain sick of the character at this point, regardless of how he's used. Featuring him so prominently is little more than an appeal to the lowest common denominator of the fandom.

But... all joking aside, I hope we can try to chillax a bit and just see where this goes...
