No. They do not work in the American/European version of the game. The Japanese version was still in-production for months after our version was released; these passwords work exclusively on THAT version of the game, since it's the only version those cosutmes are programmed into, in the first place.

I've read/seen this a few places. The problem is... I haven't seen any passwords to go along with it. As far as I can tell, it's another one of those glitches (like Bulma) resulting from using AR codes on the game.
However, there's still at least one more major password to be released (in six parts across the new Carddass series; six cards pulling together one password) and possibly more in V-Jump.

Holy shit, holy shit, holy shit. If the American GC version has these extras, I am SO buying it. I'm not planning on buying the GC version of Budokai 2, because the extras bite, but Budokai 3's Japanese extras totally own.
Battle High 2, starring Kyle Hebert as well as myself, has been released on Xbox 360, OUYA, PC, Linux, Mac, and Xbox One!

All you do is fight against a level 99 Vegeta. His stats (except for "Defense") are maxed out. It's not USSJ Vegeta. It's nothing special. You get nothing unlocked in return.

Yeah, course mate, but it shows as squares on most PCs, so I got my mate to take a screenshot...

And there you go, as you can see, the good passwords are only able to be inputted in the Jap version, but the "Super Vegeta" password has PAL/NTSC characters.
And you can't even use the Super Vegeta, you can only fight him...although it does look snazzy, with the aura =)

There's no real "full unlock" for Bulma. It seems to be a random glitch that can occur through the use of AR codes (though not specifically aiming to GET her... just a side-result).DB_Fan wrote:What about the Bulma one?
And if there is... it hasn't been released yet.

When do you think that's password available? When are the cards released?VegettoEX wrote:I've read/seen this a few places. The problem is... I haven't seen any passwords to go along with it.
