Right Stuf Order E-mail

So today, I got an e-mail from Right Stuf about my Dragon Box Two order and it's been backordered. Now, I pre-ordered the first one and have never recieved an email like this (to my recollection...). Has everyone else recieved this, and does anyone know how serious this is? Hopefully i will just be by a week, like last time...

It happens all of the time, it just means they don't have their first shipment in.

In the other emails people have gotten, the email itself also says "or your item is not yet released". I was confused at first too when I got that email until I noticed that little blurb. Then I felt better.

Well, I do occasionally recieve an e-mail saying "We're Working On It" but this was different. See, I had originally ordered other items with this DBox to save on shipping, and the e-mail I got confirmed their shipment, but also said that the DBox itself was on backorder. I could just be over worrying. You guys think it's just them saying they don't have it yet?

I don't think it's anything to worry about. But if you're still concerned you can send an email to RightStuf and ask them what's up. They always respond very quickly once they open for business hours.

They do this all the time, and it's very VERY annoying.

I've gotten these MONTHS before the ship date, where it's like "...DUH..." but they still send them for some reason. Pay it no mind.

You know, I just checked out my bank account today and it said I was charged $35.99 on my debit card. I guess that means it's on the way.

Today i received a shipping confirmation from rightstuf, so its indeed on its way.

I just got my shipping confirmation too. That's about two and a half weeks earlier than expected! I've got standard shipping, so if anyone had expedited, they should be getting it very soon.

Yup, I just woke up to my shipping confirmation so I ran onto here to tell everyone. I didn't realize some people got back ordered. I guess they are shipping to the people that pre-ordered it much earlier? I pre-ordered it as soon as it went up on right stuf.

I don't think anyone got backordered. I got the "backordered" email the other day, but my shipping confirmation was in my inbox this morning. The backordered note was just to let you know that it hadn't arrived in their warehouse yet.

So this means that early next week, the Dragon Box 2 celebrating can commence!

As with the first set, I'm not entirely sure that we actually need a thread solely dedicated to people saying that their order has shipped. There's really nothing to discuss. There's already a thread specifically about ordering from RightStuf, so if you absolutely must contribute some noise about the situation, there would be a more appropriate spot.
