Favorite Background Music

Like most Shonen based anime, I love the Dragonball background music. I wanted to share my favorite background music. Here is my list of my favorite background music.

-Battle Theme 3

-The instrumental version of Makafushigi Adventure. It played when Mercenary Tao was getting an ass whooping by Goku
-Bardock's Theme

-That theme that played when they're wishing back Tenshinhan and Chaozu after the Frieza fight. It sounds like someone is whislting.
-The first prologue(gives the story this eerie feeling about the story kind of, it really went well with the Saiyan and Frieza Saga)

Besides some well known Faulconer tracks I happen to enjoy the preview theme (Japanese) from the Buu saga. The name would be really appreciated.

I enjoyed most of the background music but the ones that really stood out to me were: "Son Gohan and Piccolo Daimaoh", "The Saiyans are coming" and "Fear unfelt before".

I'm not sure why, but I really like some of the background music from the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai. It just really makes it feel like a tournament. I had a weird dream last night when some of the music from it was playing for some reason, but I can't remember why...

I do have a favorite, but I have no idea if it has a name. I think the first time it's used is near the end of episode 60 of Dragon Ball when Goku is climbing the tower.

Does anyone have any information about this piece. Does it have a name, and is it on any of the CDs?

The video doesn't seem to play for me but there is a song called Master Korin of Korin Tower, something along those lines, check it out. Track 19 of 27 from disc 2 of Dragon Ball Complete Daizenshuu Song Collection.


As for my favourite background music... well I'm a fan of Faulconer so I love most of his tracks. I'm not going to list my favourites but here are some underrated tracks:

- Super Namek
- Kame Tough
- Cell Transforms
- Goku's Spirit Bomb
- Dead Zone
- Supreme Kai's Theme
- Palace In The Clouds (Nostalgia)

Man, I've got too many to count, so I think I'll just post my favorite suspense/standoff themes from the series.

Unfortunately I can't find a full version of this theme, just a really quick 20 second version before it moves on to another theme mixed in. If anyone knows where I can find a long version similar to the one in this video, I'd greatly appreciate it.
