Let's see here. I own all of Dragonball Z, except for one or two buu Saga episodes. Let's run it down.

I have both the Saiyan Conflict and Namek Saga VHS Box Sets of the first dub.
I've got both Ginyu Force tapes.
I've got all of the Android Saga VHS tapes. All the Imperfect Cell, all of the Cell Games except one, all of the Great Saiyaman...
I've got every World Tourneyment tape, all Babidi, all but two Majin Buu, all but one Fusion, and all the Kid Buu tapes
I've got all but one or two of the Buu Saga episodes I don't own commercially taped off of Cartoon Network.

I've got the first 8 orange bricks.
I've got the first Ultimate Uncut DVD.
I've got a random Cell Saga single DVD.
I've got the first dub of movies 1 & 2 on DVD, and the uncut Ocean cast dub of movie 3 on VHS.
I've got Movie 4 on VHS
Movies 5, 6, and 7 on DVD
I've goth te Brolli 3 movie set
I've got movie 13 on DVD...and maybe 12 too. I definately have the eidited dub of Movie 12 taped off Cartoon Network somewhere too.
I've got both TV Specials taped off of Cartoon network as well, and the Jump special on my computer, waiting for a domestic release.

So, from Dragonball Z, I lack movie 9, which I've never even seen, and one or two Buu Saga episodes. I have both dubs of the Saiya-jin and Namek Sagas.

Now, on to dragonball.

I've got the Saga of Goku DVD Set of the first dub of episodes 1-13, along with movie 1. I've also got Movie 1 by itself on VHS.
I've got all of the 21st Budokai episodes taped off Cartoon Network.
I have very little Red Ribon Army stuff. I have 2 or 3 VHS tapes, one or two episodes off Cartoon Network, and the Commander Red DVD set.
I have the Fortune Teller Baba DVD set, the Tenshinhan DVD Set, and the Piccolo Jr. part 1 DVD set. I have the rest of the Piccolo Jr. episodes taped off Cartoon Network.
I've got Mystical Adventure on VHS and the 10th anniversary movie on DVD.

So, I lack most of the Red Ribon stuff, the re-dub of the first 13 episodes, Sleeping Princess in Devil's Castle, and the King Piccolo stuff.

On to Dragonball GT. I've got the majority of the edited dub VHS tapes, but not the "lost episodes". I have one of the Lost episodes uncut DVD's though. There are also a few gaps in the tapes, and I definately don't have the last one. I also don't have the TV Special. I really want the Green Bricks! If it matters, I have every episode on my computer, ripped from the Funi DVD's. I also have 6 or 7 Super 5 Fansubs.

I downloaded fansubs of the first 3 episodes of Dragonball Kai before losing interest. I'll pick up the DVDs eventually, and probably tape the dub off of Cartoon Network if and when it airs.

So, what do I need to finish my collection? I'd like to pick up the US Dragonboxes, all of the DBZ Single DVD's, the Pioneer DVD boxsets, the Green Bricks and Blue Bricks, the rest of the Dragonball 2 DVD sets, the rest of the Ultimate Uncut DVD's, all of the Ultimate Uncut episodes taped off Cartoon Network, as I missed most of them :-L , the redubs om DBZ Movies 1, 2, and 3, as well as the first edited TV dub of movie 3, the Ocean Dub taped off TV from Canada, and, maybe if I have time and money, the remaining Orange Bricks. I've got enough edited dub commercial tapes to suit me, but perhaps someday, I'll get the rest of those too.

I had held off on buying every single FUNi release of the series prior to the bricks, and frankly at that point I just wanted to finally be able to watch the show in a format that was at least somewhat upgraded from decade old VHS bootlegs.

I fully realized then the crippling flaws that they had and I made no apologies or excuses for them at the time, nor do I make any for my going ahead and buying them anyway. 'Sides, they're all leaving my house permanently one at a time with each Dragon Box release.
It's cool. I was just being sarcastic. I really had no hope of obtaining the entire series prior the Dragon Boxes and I'm really a manga purist through and through. That did good for me as I didn't really feel the need to spend money on an incomplete product.

DB and DBZ have always been a challenge for me. The Japanese Dragon Boxes come out, I don't have money. The DB box sets come out, I have money when they're out of print and missing a set of episodes. DBZ gets released in all sorts of singles and sets, I have the money and get what I can. Dragon Boxes come out, I'm flat broke! ;_;
When DBZ came out in Dbox form I did have the money and did order volumes 1 and 2, but since I heard FUNi releasing the Z portion in Dbox form I had sold the original Dragon Boxes. I never owned Dragon Ball or GT.. I should have only sold the disks><

My mom literally hated the fact I spent over 1000 on just 150 something eps..

I own the saiyan saga 3 times. One is the Ultimate Uncuts, the second is the Season Sets, and thrd is the Funi Dragon Box. Other than that, I own the rest of the DBZ series by Funi's Season Sets, (with an exception of Fusion Saga) and I own movies 1, 2, and 3, from Funi's "First Strike" DVD Box Set. I own movies 8 and 10 from FUNI's Blue-Ray Doulbe Feature, and I own Movies 6, 7, 9, 12, and 13 from Funi's original individual DVDs (non-remastered). I own all 64 episodes of GT from Funi's Boxset, and I am going to be getting some of the Dragon Ball Blue Bricks. I also have an R2 soundtrack of DBZ, if that counts as the series.

Unfortunately, I do not own any Dragon Ball anime. They don't sell them at any shops I've been to, and I can't order them off of the internet either.

Counting the manga, I own nearly all of the Dragon Ball Z section of the manga apart from Volumes 14 & 22.

Yeah, my collection is pitiful compared to you guys.

Well, I put all the Season Sets (current DB, Z, and GT), the Double Features in a cart on Amazon. $561. I'm totally doing that! Who cares if it's cropped? So by then, I'll own a lot more than half of DragonBall as a whole. I need 2 more Season sets and DB Movies though.

I've actually had the whole series for about five years now. I've been upgrading as the years go on as better releases come out *cough*Dragon Box*cough* but this is what I've got as of now:

Dragon Ball:
Episodes 1-13/Movie 1 - Saga of Goku Set (These are the only episodes I have without the original subbed Japanese audio. I want the Season 1 set but I'm just holding off on it in case a Dragon Ball Dragon Box is announced.)
Episodes 14-153 - Funimation Saga sets
Movies 2, 3, and 10th Anniversary Movie - Funimation Dragon Ball Movie Box Set

Dragon Ball Z:
Episodes 1-84 - Funimation Dragon Boxes, Vols. 1 & 2
Episodes 85-291 - Funimation singles (Will be steadily replaced as Dragon Box volumes are released.)
Bardock and Trunks Specials - Funimation Singles (original releases, not "remastered".)
Movies 1-13 - Funimation Blu-ray Double (and 1 Triple) Features.

Dragon Ball GT:
Episodes 1-64 - Funimation singles
TV special - Funimation single

My hope is that every series will receive a Dragon Box release. I may get all of Kai on Blu-ray once it's out here in the States just to be a completest, but I don't know yet.

I`m not interested in the anime so I don`t have any of it.

But I`m interested in the manga and I own DB Vizbigs 1 to 5 and DBZ Vizbigs 1 to 5. All that is left for me to buy are the DBZ Vizbigs 6, 7, 8 and 9, which I will buy once they are released.

I've got all the orange bricks, the first two blue bricks, and none of the green bricks. I also have the steelcase Tree of Might and Dead Zone combo, as well as Ocean Dub DBZ season 1.
I wipe it off the tile, the light is brighter this time, everything is 3D blasphemy.
My eyes are red and gold, the hair is standing straight up, this is not the way I picture me.
I can't control my shakes, how the hell did I get here? Something about this, so very wrong.
I have to laugh out loud, I wish I didn't like this. Is it a dream or a memory?

I'm really close. Sort of. I have almost all of the American releases. Technically.

I own the first Daizenshuu, Dr. Slump, Dragon Ball, & Dragon Ball Z mangas as well as the Dragon Ball Shonen Jump with the Neko Majin Z chapter.

I don't own each new release of the manga. I don't think the VizBigs or 2009 release or whatever is going to be different enough from what I already have to warrant a re-purchase.

I own all of the Season Bricks so far from Dragon Ball to Dragon Ball GT. I own all 7 steel books on DVD and Blu-ray. I own 2 Dragon Ball movies.

I'm missing Sleeping Princess in Devil's Castle and Mystical Adventure (anyone want to get rid of theirs? 8) ). I'm also not going to buy the Double Season Bricks. Would have been nice to have them originally, but I already own all of Z so I don't need them.

And yes, I know it's blasphemy, but that means I don't own nor will I be buying the Dragon Boxes.

I also have a handfull of tapes and DVDs of Z and GT of various episodes and movies.

Well, I've got all of the Viz releases of the manga on my bookshelf. After the Dragon Boxes and Blue Bricks are all released, I'll own all of the anime too. Discounting GT, that is, which I doubt I'll ever buy.

Kai will be the fifth.

Don't be ashamed. I don't have them either. Heck, I didn't buy Star Wars on dvd due to having the original and Special Edition on vhs.

Manga too? Nice. I own all 42 of 'em, on the american Viz side of things.

As for DVDs...oh lord.

Dragonball:
Box Sets Vol. 2 - 8.1 (these are hard to find without online stores nowadays...sadface on missing out on the last half of number 8 and all of number 9.)
Blue Brick Season One (...yeah, I'm holding out for the Dragon Box release. This brick set was a MESS. I may even make a video for it.)
Path to Power Single (Words cannot express my feelings for this great retelling of DB.)

Dragonball Z:
Ultimate Uncut DVD Singles Vol. 1 - 7 ("Saiyan Saga I"...I was actually excited for these. *sigh*)
Orange Brick Season One (I left it up to my brother to own the rest of them. They're meh.)
FUNi Dragon Box Z Vol.1 (...WIN JUICE)
Pirated Blue Box Sets Vol. 1 - 3 (Ohhh man the memories. In my early days, eBay answered my needs of viewing the original japanese episodes. I had purchased these a number of years before FUNi went back and redubbed the first 53 episodes, so for me - this was the first time I had ever watched them in uncut format. And I loved it. Had no idea they were pirated until years later, however. Proper research wins everytime.)
Random FUNi Singles (Kid Buu- Regression, Saiyan Pride)
Ultimate Uncut Dead Zone Single (Favorite movie with subtitles from Simmons? UNEXPECTEDLY HILARIOUS COMMENTARY? I wanted, I gotted.)
First Strike Movie Pack (I love Movies 2 and 3. A lot. Turns out I could only get them with Movie 1 at the time. Oh well.)
Movie 9 "Bojack Unbound" - EDITED Single (blegh, typing that makes me cringe. Twas a gift.)

Dragonball GT:
BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA right.

5 Orange Bricks and a "edited" Bojack Unbound. I also have the 2 JSAT Mangas translated by Kanzentai, made into the "right-to-left" manga book in B&W.

All 5 DragonBoxes, all 34 Kanzenban and the JSAT DVD. That doesn't include soundtracks, games or guidebooks, just the series. I don't intend to pick up Kai for awhile, if at all.
