Yeah it does. The DVD is nice. Supposedly it has better sound quality & I also like the edit/uncut comparison feature they have on it. Anyword if the english dub will the original japanese music ( then again I doubt it)?. More importantly will it have the original japanese version?

Yes it will. All of FUNimation's DVDs have had the original Japanese on them, so I don't see why this one would be any different.

That, and they wouldn't put kana on the covers if the original version wasn't going to be included.

None of FUNi's DBZ dubs have the original music in them, this won't either(nor the redub of movies 1-3).

Do you think that they will have any profanity?

Wow that was a dumb question.

I'm pretty sure they put the kana just for show. I mean the previous FUNi DVDs did have the japanese version & no kana ( Infact the FUNi DVD covers weren't that great so they obviously put the kana there just to make it look more fancy). As for the profanity maybe some mild language or themes, but that's just about it.

Asides from the redneck android who wanted to kill Goku's ass, the closest that DBZ gets to profanity is the word "Hell" and it can't be called profanity because they're using it in context as a place.

The harshest you ever get in DB are "hell", "damn", and "bastard".
Jerseymilk: "Can I tell you something?"
B-kun: "What?"
Jerseymilk: "I see Fangirls."

Indeed they do. I was watching a clip from DBZ Movie 13 by Anime Labs. Though I can't remember it right I coulda sworn Vegeta at some point was cursing, according to the subtitles. At the time, I was a DBZ noob & shocked at the profanity. I was like cool. Yeah It was first time exposure to cartoon profanity when it really wasn't ( yeah I know it doesn't make sense). Thanks Anime Labs.....for nothing.

Edit: Actually I think it was what Mizugi said

Hey! That's my line!

Anyway, I always thought that the fact that even some of the uncut dub used that weird pseudo-swearing was odd.
Battle High 2, starring Kyle Hebert as well as myself, has been released on Xbox 360, OUYA, PC, Linux, Mac, and Xbox One!

Another new question:

Do we get to hear "I'm glad its sunday and nobody its home" from Nappa after he has just obliterated a whole city? considering he and Vegeta blow up planets as part of their jobs... What I'm trying to say is that kind of dialogue doesnt fit, especially for a character like Nappa. Why the hell should he care if there were people or not, since its his job to mass destroy cities. I know the actual japanese dialogue was changed so the kids who would watch the series wouldnt get worried and sad about the people living in the city. But since we are going to be shown non-edited footage and all that, are those shitty dialogues also changed to fit better?

*Blink* Why did you place the exact same post in two different topics?

This is a mistake I've noticed a couple of people on this board make. Nappa wasn't the one that said that. It was Vegeta actually. His exact words were:

"Too bad this is a Sunday. Those buildings would have ben filled up by tomorrow."

I'm done my nitpicking now, go back to the topic. XP
