For the dub of the Dragon Ball, I recall some insert songs were kept (although the narrator generally talked over them). Which songs were they? And were any of the insert songs of Z retained? Thanks in advance.

I don't know their names but I think only two insert songs were kept in Dragon Ball.

And were any of the insert songs of Z retained?

No, none were retained.

None were kept in DBZ, except in the dub by Geneon (Pioneer) of the first three movies.
